Definitions
- the present invention relates to a display sheet that can be attached to and peeled off from an asphalt pavement, concrete, or mortar paved floor as a simple advertisement or a guidance sign in an outdoor or indoor pedestrian place.
- Such a display sheet is generally covered with a transparent protective film having mechanical durability or mechanical strength such as abrasion resistance and scratch resistance on the printed surface of a sheet on which information such as an advertisement or a guide sign is printed, Thereby, the desired strength and appearance are maintained.
- a protective film imparted with an effect on contamination resistance has been proposed (for example, refer to Patent Document 1), which is not limited to durability.
- a method of forming a protective layer on the surface by coating has also been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 2). And such a protective film or protective layer is supposed to improve mechanical durability, abrasion resistance, and scratch resistance.
- the display sheet to be affixed to the floor surface is required to have a non-slip property on the surface as a performance different from that for signboards and wall surfaces other than the floor surface. That is, it is because a pedestrian must be able to walk safely on the display sheet affixed on the floor surface.
- a method for improving the anti-slip property a type in which inorganic particles forming convex portions are dispersed and fixed on the sheet surface (see, for example, Patent Document 3), and a specific surface treatment is performed by applying a roughness imparting process to the sheet surface.
- a type in which a surface shape is formed is known.
- the former is an extension of the idea of providing a protective layer on the printing surface, and hard particles added rather than the main synthetic resin used for the protective layer impart a non-slip function.
- the latter is premised on the installation of a protective layer, and the main material that forms the surface of the protective layer, that is, the surface of a synthetic resin or the like is processed into a specific shape, thereby achieving anti-slip properties. It can be secured.
- JP-A-8-118553 (Claims, FIG. 1) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-10823 (Claims, FIG. 1) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-144461 (Claims) JP 2003-39582 A (Claims, FIGS. 1 and 2)
- the object of the present invention is to provide a printing surface even when used on an outdoor floor surface where frequent walking is performed without providing a protective layer that is expensive to protect the printing surface that has been required for conventional display sheets.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a display sheet in which the visibility of the display / decoration due to wear of the display is reduced.
- Another object of the present invention is that when the display sheet is peeled off after use, the base sheet itself is not broken by the peeling stress, leaving a non-peeled portion, and easily peeled off from the floor or wall surface. It is to provide a display sheet.
- the present inventor has found an effective solution to the problem by printing on a surface having a surface shape that satisfies a specific condition.
- the first aspect of the present invention is a base material 11 whose back surface is bonded to a floor surface or a wall surface 17, and a surface side synthetic resin formed on the surface of the base material 11.
- the display sheet provided with the composition layer 12, the back surface side synthetic resin composition layer 14 formed in the back surface of the base material 11, and the ink layer 13 formed on the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12. is there.
- the characteristic structure is that the substrate 11 is made of a canvas having irregularities on the front and back surfaces, an average thickness of 200 to 500 ⁇ m, and a mass of 100 to 300 g / m 2 , and the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 Is formed on a concavo-convex surface consisting of convex portions 12a and concave portions 12b due to the concavo-convex surface of the substrate 11, and the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 is measured in accordance with JIS-B-0601 standard (2001).
- the arithmetic average height Ra of the roughness curve is in the range of 10 to 50 ⁇ m
- the average length RSm of the roughness curve elements is in the range of 500 to 2000 ⁇ m.
- the surface of the back surface side synthetic resin composition layer 14 is formed on a concavo-convex surface composed of the convex portions 14a and the concave portions 14a caused by the unevenness of the surface of the substrate 11, and the floor is formed on the back surface side synthetic resin composition layer 14.
- Surface or Adhesive layer 15 which adheres to the surface 17 is formed, the ink layer 13 is in a place where fine ink is formed to penetrate the cover and the recess 12b of the convex portion 12a.
- the protective layer formed on the printing surface which has been conventionally provided is omitted. For this reason, the number of work steps is reduced, which is useful in reducing the cost and simplifying the manufacturing process. Further, since the fine ink penetrated into the concave portion 12b of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 and the ink layer 13 was worn due to pedestrian traffic, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface side synthetic resin composition layer Twelve convex portions 12a are exposed. And since the material with comparatively strong mechanical strength is used, the convex part 12a of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 is hard to be worn compared with the ink layer 13.
- the ink layer 13 remaining in the concave portion 12b of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 is protected by the convex portion 12a adjacent to the concave portion 12b, and the printing surface is used even when used on an outdoor floor surface where frequent walking is performed. It is possible to prevent the display and decoration visibility from being deteriorated.
- the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 on which the ink layer 13 is formed has a rough surface when the cut-off value ⁇ s measured in accordance with JIS-B-0601 standard (2001) is 0.25 mm and ⁇ c is 8 mm.
- the arithmetic average height Ra of the roughness curve and the average length RSm of the roughness curve elements are within the above ranges. That is, the surface of the surface-side synthetic resin composition layer 12 has a specific surface shape composed of convex portions 12a and concave portions 12b, and the specific surface shape is a contact area with a pedestrian shoe sole. It is possible to keep the wear area extremely small and allow fine ink to permeate into the recesses 12b, and as a result, it is possible to suppress a reduction in the visibility of display and decoration.
- a second aspect of the present invention is the invention according to claim 1, wherein the canvas has a thickness of 22 to 67 dtex and a yarn density of 40 to 80 / inch (15.7 to 31.5 / cm).
- a woven fabric comprising a synthetic fiber warp and a weft of synthetic fiber having a thickness of 22 to 67 dtex and a yarn density of 30 to 70 yarns / inch (11.8 to 27.6 yarns / cm). Display sheet of description.
- a third aspect of the present invention is the display sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the ink sheet 13 that covers the convex portion 12a and is formed in the concave portion 12b is the outermost layer.
- a fourth aspect of the present invention is the display sheet according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the antifouling coating layer is further formed on the surface of the ink layer 13 which covers the convex portion 12a and is formed in the concave portion 12b. is there.
- a fifth aspect of the present invention is the display sheet according to claim 4, wherein the antifouling coating layer is the outermost layer.
- a sixth aspect of the present invention is the display according to claim 1, wherein the ink layer 13 is formed by the fine ink covering the convex portion 12a and penetrating into the concave portion 12b by the ink jet method or the silk screen printing method. It is a sheet.
- this sheet can be attached using the adhesive layer 15 that is exposed by peeling the release paper 16, and the floor or wall surface 17 is provided by providing this adhesive layer 15. The pasting work can be facilitated.
- the base material 11 is made of canvas and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15 is formed on the base material 11, so that the display sheet 10 becomes relatively thick.
- the release paper 16 is maintained with a large tension applied in the extending direction.
- a crepe paper having a tensile elongation at break in the range of 5 to 50% is used as the release paper 16, so that the release paper 16 to which tension is applied in the extension direction is stretched together with the adhesive layer 15. Thus, no deviation occurs between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15 and the release paper 16.
- the release paper 16 wound in the stretched state contracts in the longitudinal direction together with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15, and between the release paper 16 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15.
- a situation in which local peeling occurs can be avoided, and a situation in which a streak-like cavity (hereinafter referred to as “tunnel”) extending in the width direction of the release paper 16 based on the peeling can be prevented.
- the substrate is made of a canvas having irregularities on the front and back surfaces
- the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer has a specific surface shape consisting of convexes and concaves due to the irregularities, and a fine ink Since the ink layer was formed by infiltrating the concave portions, the convex portion of the surface-side synthetic resin composition layer appears when the display sheet is affixed to the floor surface and the ink layer is worn due to pedestrian traffic. And since the material with comparatively strong mechanical strength is used, the convex part of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer is hard to wear compared with an ink layer.
- the protective layer formed on the printing surface provided conventionally is omitted, the ink layer remaining in the concave portion of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer is protected by the convex portion adjacent to the concave portion, and frequently Even when used on an outdoor floor surface where a simple walk is performed, it is possible to prevent the visibility of the display and decoration due to wear of the printed surface from being lowered.
- the display sheet of the present invention uses canvas as a base material, it has a very high tensile breaking strength and unevenness on the back surface bonded to the floor surface or wall surface. Thereby, since it can peel easily and beautifully from a floor surface or a wall surface, without breaking the used display sheet, it is excellent in workability
- it further comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the back surface side synthetic resin composition layer and a release paper laminated on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the release paper is creped and has a tensile elongation at break of 5 to 50%. If it is within the range, when the sheet is wound with the release paper facing outside for storage or the like, the release paper is kept under a large tension in the extension direction, and when the sheet is unwound, the sheet is stretched.
- the release paper to which tension is applied in the direction extends together with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and does not cause a gap between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the release paper. For this reason, avoiding a situation where local peeling occurs between the release paper and the adhesive layer when unwinding, and preventing a situation where a tunnel based on the peeling occurs in the release paper Can do.
- FIG. 1 shows the state which the ink layer in the display sheet worn out and the convex part of the synthetic resin layer appeared. It is a photograph figure which shows the state before and behind the process in an Example. It is a photograph figure which shows the state before and behind the process in a comparative example.

On the other hand, if it exceeds 500 ⁇ m, the thickness of the entire product becomes too thick, which causes a problem as a display sheet attached to a smooth floor surface. Also, if the mass per unit area is less than 100 g / m 2 , sufficient mechanical strength cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 300 g / m 2 , the flexibility of the canvas becomes poor and the handling properties at the time of product handling deteriorate. . Among these, those having an average thickness of 250 to 450 ⁇ m and a mass of 120 to 280 g / m 2 are preferable.

It is a woven fabric made of wefts of 30 to 70 / inch (11.8 to 27.6 / cm). If the warp yarn thickness is less than 22 decitex, the mechanical strength in the flow direction of the canvas, that is, the feed direction when making the canvas (machine operation direction: Machine Direction) decreases, or the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer It tends to be difficult to give a desired uneven surface to the surface.
- the flexibility of the canvas tends to be poor, and it becomes difficult to give a desired uneven surface to the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer.
- the thickness of the weft is less than 22 decitex, the mechanical strength in the width direction of the canvas, that is, the direction perpendicular to the feed direction when the canvas is manufactured (direction perpendicular to the machine operation direction: Cross Direction) is likely to decrease.
- the flexibility of the canvas tends to be poor, and it becomes difficult to impart a desired uneven surface to the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer.
- the mechanical strength in the flow direction of the canvas that is, the feed direction (machine operation direction: Machine ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ Direction) when manufacturing the canvas is reduced, or the surface side synthetic resin composition It tends to be difficult to give a desired uneven surface to the surface of the physical layer. - synthetic resins such as vinyl chloride resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, polyester resin, polyolefin resin, polyurethane resin, polyamide resin, and blends and copolymers thereof. It may be.
- a soft vinyl chloride resin is preferable from the viewpoint of good coating processability on the substrate 11 and cost.
- corrugation of the base material 11 surface is formed in the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 obtained by apply
- the recessed part 12b is formed continuously.
- the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 is formed in the uneven surface which consists of this convex part 12a and the recessed part 12b.
- the convex portion 12a and the concave portion 12b have a function of suppressing a decrease in the visibility of the display and decoration in the ink layer 13 to be described later by suppressing the contact area with the shoe sole of the pedestrian, that is, the wear area. Yes.
- the convex part 12a and the recessed part 12b in this invention do not need to arrange
- the surface of the surface-side synthetic resin composition layer 12 formed on the concavo-convex surface composed of the convex portion 12a and the concave portion 12b has two parameters defined by JIS-B-0601 (2001), that is, a roughness curve. It is defined by the arithmetic average roughness Ra and the average length RSm of the roughness curve elements.
- Ra gives the degree of protrusion of the convex part 12a and the degree of twist of the concave part 12b
- RSm gives the distribution frequency of the convex part 12a and the concave part 12b.
- the surface shape of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 in the present invention is limited by the arithmetic average height Ra of the roughness curve defined in JIS-B-0601 (2001) as a height direction parameter. That is, the arithmetic average heights of the roughness curves at the cut-off values ⁇ s and ⁇ c of 0.25 mm and 8 mm, respectively, measured on the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 in accordance with JIS-B-0601 (2001).

- the arithmetic average height Ra of the roughness curve is preferably in the range of 14 to 40 ⁇ m, and more preferably in the range of 14 to 20 ⁇ m.
- Ra is less than 10 ⁇ m, the surface is too smooth and the wear area becomes large, and the visibility of display and decoration cannot be maintained.
- Ra exceeds 50 ⁇ m the printed surface is too rough, and the graphic properties of display / decoration are remarkably inferior, and the walking is uncomfortable.
- the surface shape of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 in the present invention is limited by the average length RSm of the roughness curve element defined in JIS-B-0601 (2001) as a lateral parameter. That is, the average length of the roughness curve elements at the cut-off values ⁇ s and ⁇ c of 0.25 mm and 8 mm respectively measured on the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 in accordance with JIS-B-0601 (2001).
- RSm is in the range of 500 to 2000 ⁇ m.
- the average length RSm of the roughness curve elements is preferably in the range of 740 to 1200 ⁇ m.
- an adhesive layer 15 is formed on the back side synthetic resin composition layer 14, and a release paper 16 is further laminated on the surface of the adhesive layer 15.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15 used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has sufficient pressure-sensitive adhesiveness or adhesiveness for floor use, but is mainly composed of an acrylic resin or a synthetic rubber resin. Can be used, and is formed by coating itself on the back side synthetic resin composition layer 14.
- the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15 needs to be 30 to 160 ⁇ m, and more preferably 70 to 100 ⁇ m. When the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15 is less than 30 ⁇ m, it is difficult to obtain a desired adhesive force or it is difficult to maintain the adhesive force. When the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15 exceeds 160 ⁇ m, it is disadvantageous in terms of cost.
- the release paper 16 is made of crepe paper that is creped and has a tensile elongation at break of 5 to 50% as measured by JIS-P-8113. That is, the release paper 16 is subjected to, for example, creping processing on craft paper to be the base material 11, and the crepe paper obtained by the processing is subjected to general thermoplastic resin laminating processing and release agent coating. can get.
- a heat-melted resin such as known polyethylene is extruded and laminated on one side of the crepe paper with an extruder.
- the thermoplastic resin known resins such as polyolefin resin can be used.
- a release resin 16 made of crepe paper is obtained by applying silicone to the laminate surface of the crepe paper laminated with a thermoplastic resin, generally using a silicone resin as the release agent.
- the total thickness of the display sheet 10 composed of the release paper 16 laminated on the surface is preferably 1.0 mm or less.
- the total thickness including the release paper 16 exceeds 1.0 mm, for example, when the ink layer 13 is formed by ink jet printing, there is a possibility that it exceeds the corresponding thickness of the ink jet printer.
- the ink layer 13 formed on the surface of the surface-side synthetic resin composition layer 12 by the ink jet printer is formed by fine ink covering the convex portions 12a and penetrating into the concave portions 12b.
- the ink layer 13 is wound and stored in a state before the ink layer 13 is formed, the winding is unwound from the stored state, and the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 An ink layer 13 is formed on the surface.
- this sheet is relatively thick because the base material 11 is made of canvas and the adhesive layer 15 is formed thereon.
- the sheet is wound with the release paper 16 facing outward, and when such a relatively thick sheet is wound with the release paper 16 facing outward, the release paper 16 has a large tension in the extension direction.
- the crepe paper having a tensile elongation at break in the range of 5 to 50% is used as the release paper 16, but the release sheet applied with tension in the extension direction is maintained.
- the pattern paper 16 is stretched together with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15 and does not cause a deviation between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 15 and the release paper 16.
- the wound and stored sheet is unwound from that state to form an ink layer 13 on the surface of the surface-side synthetic resin composition layer 12, and the ink layer 13 is formed to display the display of the present invention.
- Sheet 10 is obtained.
- formation in particular of ink layer 13 is not limited, printing methods, such as ink jet printing, silk screen printing, offset printing, gravure printing, letterpress printing, or lithographic printing, are mentioned.
- the release paper 16 in which the gap between the layers and the release paper 16 remain stretched easily forms a tunnel that is locally peeled from the adhesive layer. This will cause trouble when printing.
- the release paper 16 in the display sheet 10 of the present invention, a crepe paper having a tensile elongation at break of 5 to 50% is used as the release paper 16. Therefore, when the wound sheet is unwound, the release paper 16 becomes an adhesive layer. Thus, it is possible to avoid a situation in which a tunnel is generated in the release paper 16 due to contraction in the longitudinal direction together with 15.
- the display sheet 10 of the present invention on which the ink layer 13 is formed is then cut to a predetermined size and used by being attached to the floor surface on which pedestrians come and go.
- This affixing to the floor surface is performed using an adhesive layer 15 that is exposed by peeling off the release paper 16, and the adhesive layer 15 is provided to facilitate the affixing operation to the floor surface. it can.
- the display sheet 10 of the present invention omits the protective layer formed on the printing surface that has been provided conventionally, and uses the ink layer 13 as the outermost layer, so that the ink layer 13 is protected from traffic of pedestrians.
- the ink layer 13 is worn by pedestrian traffic.
- the display sheet 10 of the present invention uses a canvas having irregularities on the surface as the base material 11, and has convex portions 12 a and concave portions 12 b due to the irregularities on the surface of the base material 11 on the surface of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12. 2 and the fine ink penetrates into the concave portion 12b of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12, so that when the ink layer 13 is worn by pedestrian traffic, the surface side synthetic resin composition as shown in FIG.
- the convex part 12a of the layer 12 is exposed. And since the material with comparatively strong mechanical strength is used, the convex part 12a of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 is hard to be worn compared with the ink layer 13. For this reason, the ink layer 13 remaining in the concave portion 12b of the surface side synthetic resin composition layer 12 is protected by the convex portion 12a adjacent to the concave portion 12b, and the printing surface is used even when used on an outdoor floor surface where frequent walking is performed. It is possible to prevent the display and decoration visibility from being deteriorated.
- the display sheet 10 of the present invention further has an antifouling coating layer formed on the surface of the ink layer 13 in order to prevent the visibility from being deteriorated due to the stain of the ink layer 13. It is good also as an outer layer.
- Materials for the antifouling coating layer include fluorine resin solvent-based or fluorine resin-based antifouling agents such as fluorine resin / acrylic resin solvent, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion, acrylic resin emulsion, or synthetic rubber latex.
- antifouling agents such as sodium silicate or sodium silicate / acrylic resin mixed liquids such as sodium silicate (so-called water glass) antifouling agents, or inorganic nano-materials such as titanium dioxide or silicon dioxide
- examples thereof include particulate antifouling agents.
- the coating method include a comma coating method, a doctor knife coating method, a reverse roll coating method, a gravure coating method, and a bar coating method, but a gravure coating method or screen coating which is a method suitable for coating a coating solution. The method is particularly preferred.
- the thickness of the antifouling coating layer is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 200 ⁇ m.
- the display sheet 10 of the present invention when the display sheet 10 of the present invention is used by being affixed to a floor surface on which pedestrians come and go, the display / decoration of the display / decoration on the print surface is compared with a conventional sheet having no protective layer on the print surface. Even when compared with the conventional one having a protective layer on the printing surface, the maintenance of the display / decoration visibility on the printing surface is not significantly impaired. Therefore, since the display sheet 10 of the present invention does not need to be provided with a protective layer required for conventional floor surface applications, it is useful in reducing costs and simplifying the manufacturing process.
- the display sheet 10 of the present invention uses a canvas for the base material 11, a very high strength with a tensile breaking strength of 1000 N / 3 cm or more can be obtained. For this reason, the display sheet 10 of the present invention is superior in durability as compared with a conventional sheet using a substrate 11 other than canvas. Further, since the used display sheet can be easily and cleanly peeled off without breaking the used display sheet, it is excellent in terms of workability.
