Abstract

　反応液から目的物である塩化ホスファイトを蒸発によって分離する工程において、蒸発装置に触媒が付着することを防止することが可能な方法を提供すること。 　三塩化リンと、（ＲＯ）3Ｐで表される亜リン酸トリエステルとを、８０°Cにおける粘度が１００ｍＰａ・ｓ以下である触媒の存在下で反応させて、ＲＯ（Ｒ’）ＰＣｌで表される塩化ホスファイトを製造する第一工程、及び第一工程で得られた塩化ホスファイトを含む反応液を短時間で気化させて前記触媒を分離する第二工程を有する。
