Abstract

【課題】臨界角以上の光も出射させて光取り出し効率の大幅な向上を実現するとともに、映り込みを防ぎ、方位による光強度の分布や色のアンバランスの発生も抑えるシートおよび発光装置を提供する。 【解決手段】発光体に隣接している透明基板５表面を内接する最大の円の直径が０．２μｍ以上１．５μｍ以下の微小領域で仮想的に隙間無く分割し、各微小領域は透明基板５表面上で凸又は凹の形状をなし、凸か凹かの比率がそれぞれＰ、１－Ｐであり、Ｐは０．４から０．９８の範囲にある透明基板５表面の表面構造１３を発光装置は有している。
