Abstract

 本発明は、保存時の無機充填剤の沈殿が抑えられ、良好な安定性を示す熱硬化性シリコーンゴム組成物を提供する。詳しくは、(A)一分子中に少なくとも2個の珪素原子と結合するアルケニル基を含有するオルガノポリシロキサン:20~80質量部、(B)珪素素原子に結合するアルケニル基が、一分子中に平均0.1個以上2個未満存在し、珪素原子に結合する残余の有機基が脂肪族不飽和結合を含まぬ置換または非置換の1価の炭化水素基であり、23°Cにおける粘度が0.05~100Pa・sであるオルガノポリシロキサン:20~80質量部、(但し、(A)、(B)成分の合計は100質量部である。)(C)一分子中に少なくとも2個の珪素原子と結合する水素原子を含有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン:(A)及び(B)成分中のアルケニル基1モルに対して(C)成分中の珪素原子結合水素原子が0.1~10モルとなる量、(D)無機充填剤:5~500質量部、(E)付加反応触媒:触媒量を含有してなり、室温で液状である熱硬化性シリコーンゴム組成物である。
