Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de palier ayant une sensibilité de détection de déformation améliorée pour une mesure extrêmement sensible d'une précharge appliquée à un palier. Le dispositif de palier comporte des éléments d'espacement placés entres des bagues à chemin de roulement de paliers (3, 3) agencés dans la direction axiale. Un élément d'induction de déformation en forme de bague (7) est disposé au niveau d'une partie dans la direction axiale d'un élément d'espacement de bague externe (5), et une déformation est produite dans l'élément d'induction de déformation (7) par une force axiale appliquée à des extrémités opposées de l'élément d'espacement de bague externe (5). Des sections d'induction de déformation (12a) sont agencées à des emplacements dans la direction circonférentielle de l'élément d'induction de déformation (7). Les sections d'induction de déformation (12a) sont plus susceptibles de se déformer élastiquement que d'autres parties de l'élément d'induction de déformation (7). Chaque section d'induction de déformation (12a) comporte un capteur de déformation (20) pour détecter la déformation de la section d'induction de déformation (12a).
