Abstract

　樹脂基材フィルム（１０１ａ，１０１ｂ）と、該樹脂基材フィルム（１０１ａ，１０１ｂ）表面上に積層された、表面に微細な凹凸形状を有するハードコート層（１０２ａ，１０２ｂ）とを備え、樹脂基材フィルム（１０１ａ，１０１ｂ）は、透明樹脂からなる少なくとも１つの透明樹脂層（１０３ａ，１０３ｂ）と、透明バインダ樹脂および該透明バインダ樹脂とは異なる屈折率を有する微粒子（１０５ａ，１０５ｂ）を含有する少なくとも１つの光拡散層（１０４ａ，１０４ｂ）とを含む多層構造を有する防眩フィルム、ならびに、これを用いた防眩性偏光板および画像表示装置が提供される。ここで、上記樹脂基材フィルム（１０１ａ，１０１ｂ）の内部ヘイズは５％以上３０％以下であり、ハードコート層（１０２ａ，１０２ｂ）は、その表面ヘイズが０．５％以上１５％以下であり、内部ヘイズが２％以下である。
