Abstract

 作用された力に関して、所定方向の力を抽出して検出を正確に行うとともに、所定方向以外の方向への歪みを小さくする。相互に所定方向に相対運動可能に構成したブロック1およびレール2と、ブロック1とレール2との所定方向に沿った相対的変位によって、一対のホール素子5近傍の磁石4が形成する磁界の変化に基づいた信号を出力するホール素子5と、ブロック1および/またはレール2に対して相対的変位量を減少させる向きに復元力を作用させる板バネ9を有する。磁石4の磁極の方向は、相対運動をする所定方向に対して角度をなして設けられている。外部からブロック1に作用される外力に伴うブロック1に対するレール2の相対的変位量に基づいて、ホール素子5が相対的変位量に基づいた信号を出力する。
