Abstract

ガス透過性に優れると共に、炭化水素系高分子電解質と相互作用を生じ、高分子電解質膜-触媒層間の接合性を確保することが可能な高分子電解質材料及びこれを用いた燃料電池用膜・電極接合体を提供する。 主骨格を形成するSi-O結合を含む第一の繰り返し単位と、芳香環及びプロトン伝導性基を含む第二の繰り返し単位とを、少なくとも有していることを特徴とする高分子電解質材料、並びに、該高分子電解質材料を含有する高分子電解質膜及び/又は触媒層を備えることを特徴とする、燃料電池用膜・電極接合体。
