Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif semi-conducteur optique (1), dans lequel un élément de conteneur (2) constituant un boîtier dans lequel un élément (5) semi-conducteur optique est contenu et un élément de support (9) sont faits d'une résine, et l'élément de conteneur (2) et l'élément de support (9) sont soudés par laser l'un à l'autre avec un élément de transmission de lumière (8), qui transmet généralement la lumière émise à partir de ou reçue par l'élément (5) semi-conducteur optique, pris en sandwich entre eux. Dans ce dispositif (1) semi-conducteur optique, l'élément de transmission de lumière (8) peut être agencé de manière sûre dans le boîtier de résine indépendamment du matériau à partir duquel est constitué l'élément de transmission de lumière (8).
