Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement thermique de pièces mécaniques allongées, telles que des ressorts, pourvu d'un four (20) muni d'un barillet (21) cylindrique agence dans une enceinte (22) chauffée, ladite couronne (C1, C2, C3) possédant au moins un tube de stockage (25) parallèle au dit axe de symétrie (AX1). Le dispositif comporte au moins un tube d'acheminement (11) desdites pièces mécaniques pour les guider vers un tube de stockage (25) pouvant contenir une pluralité de pièces mécaniques, via un orifice d'entrée (E1, E2, E3), et au moins un tube d'éjection (18) desdites pièces mécaniques pour les guider lorsque ces pièces mécaniques sortent du tube de stockage (25) dudit barillet (21) par ledit orifice de sortie (S1, S2, S3) après une rotation prédéterminée de ce barillet (21). Lesdits orifices d'entrée (E1, E2, E3) et de sortie (S1, S2, S3) sont agencés sur une face amont (F1) de l'enceinte (22)^ L'acheminement des pièces peut être réalisé par injection d'air. Le dispositif peut comprendre un orifice de rebut pour expulser une pièce défectueuse.
