Abstract

 充放電容量が大きく、充電時の熱安定性に優れた非水電解質二次電池用Li-Ni複合酸化物粒子粉末を提供する。上記課題は、核となる二次粒子の組成がLix1Ni1-y1-z1-w1Coy1Mnz1Mw1O2(0.9≦x1≦1.3、0.1≦y1≦0.3、0.0≦z1≦0.3、0≦w1≦0.1 MはAl、Feから選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属)であるLi-Ni複合酸化物において、粒子表面に組成がLix2Ni1-y2-z2-w2Coy2Mnz2Mw2O2(0.9≦x2≦1+z2、0≦y2≦0.33、0≦z2≦0.5、0≦w2≦0.1 MはAl、Fe、Mg、Zr、Tiから選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属)であるLi-Ni複合酸化物を被覆又は存在させた非水電解質二次電池用Li-Ni複合酸化物粒子粉末により解決される。
