Abstract

　排泄物によって肌を汚すことのない使い捨てのおむつ。 　使い捨てのおむつ１は、透液性のトップシート３２の内面側に肌当て用のシート片３２ｂを有する。肌当て用のシート片３２ｂの前後方向Ａには、排泄物をトップシート３２に向かって通過させるＵ字形の前方開口部３８とＵ字形の後方開口部３９とが形成され、前方開口部３８と後方開口部３９との間には中間部分３５が形成される。シート片３２ｂの両側部４０のそれぞれには、前後方向Ａへ伸長状態で延びる弾性部材３７が取り付けられる。肌当て用シート片３２ｂの幅方向Ｂの外側には、防漏堤５８が形成されていて、肌当て用シート片３２ｂの側部４０が防漏堤５８に対して防漏堤５８の基縁部と自由縁部との間において接合する。
