Abstract

　体液吸収性能を低下させることなく、体液の横漏れを防止することができるとともに、優れた尿便保持性を有する使い捨ておむつを提供する。 　ウエスト弾性部材が、ウエスト開口１６の近傍において横方向へ延びる第１ウエスト弾性部材３１と、レッグ開口１７と第１ウエスト弾性部材３１との間に位置し、前後ウエスト域１３，１４の両側部２０において横方向へ延び、前後ウエスト域１３，１４の中央近傍には延在していない第２ウエスト弾性部材３２とから構成されており、前ウエスト域１３における第２ウエスト弾性部材３２が、吸液性コア４４の側縁部４４ｃをその内側へ越えて横方向へ延びており、後ウエスト域１４における第２ウエスト弾性部材３２が、後ウエスト域１４の側縁部２５から吸液性コア４４の側縁部４４ｃと交差することなく、該側縁部の近傍に延びている。
