Abstract

A process for the concentration of xenon by temperature-swing adsorption, which comprises repeating alternately the adsorption step of passing an ordinary-temperature raw material gas which contains xenon and is free from carbon monoxide through an adsorption cylinder packed with activated Cu-ZSM5 and the desorption step of desorbing xenon by heating.
