Abstract

 本発明は、大型化した可とう性を有する樹脂基板を用いても、基板の変形が大きくならず、ハンドリングがしやすく、基板の変形が大きくなることに起因する蛍光体層の破損、画質の劣化という問題のない、可とう性を有する樹脂基板を用いたシンチレータパネルおよび該シンチレータパネルの製造方法を提供する。本発明のシンチレータパネルは、可とう性を有する樹脂基板の上に100μm厚または1cm2当たりの重さ45mg以上の蛍光体層を有し、前記可とう性を有する樹脂基板の長辺をacm、短辺をbcmとすると、前記可とう性を有する樹脂基板の厚さを75×{a2/(10×b)}1/3μm~1000μmに設定したことを特徴とする。
