Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil de spectroscopie optique. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne des moyens très efficaces par lesquels une spectroscopie à résolution modérée peut être exécutée dans l'ultraviolet sous vide (VUV). Selon un autre mode de réalisation, les techniques peuvent être utilisées sous la forme d'un spectromètre à haut rendement pour disperser de manière spatiale des longueurs d'onde dans et autour du VUV, de façon à générer un plan focal de champ sensiblement plat, convenant à être utilisé en combinaison avec un détecteur de réseau. Certains modes de réalisation utilisent des spectromètres basés sur un prisme. Certains modes de réalisation utilisent des éléments de détecteur qui peuvent être mobiles et/ou placés dans le spectromètre. Selon certains modes de réalisation, la lumière collimatée peut être fournie comme entrée du spectromètre.
