Abstract

Concasseur à marteaux à impact total pour le broyage, à utiliser dans l'industrie du bâtiment et en agriculture, qui comprend un rotor primaire doté de marteaux et un rotor secondaire comprenant autant de lames qu'il y a de marteaux, ainsi qu'une trémie d'alimentation d'où le matériau à traiter est convoyé à l'intérieur de la limite extérieure maximale tracée par les lames du rotor secondaire. Ledit matériau, une fois saisi par une lame, est forcé de couvrir une trajectoire circulaire et est jeté à une vitesse accrue à l'intérieur de la chambre de broyage dotée de plaques plates (2) capables de diriger le matériau à traiter à l'intérieur de la limite maximale du rotor secondaire et sur toute la longueur des lames (4) soudées directement au tube cylindrique (7) ou fixé par une queue-d'aronde à l'intérieur de cannelures sur un tube en acier cylindrique (7) d'un seul tenant avec le rotor secondaire, qui permet également une protection contre l'usure. Une came métallique (3) compense l'usure des lames (4) et dévie et dirige ultérieurement, par le biais d'un mouvement translationnel d'approche vers la pointe de la lame, une fois que sa distance et l'inclinaison par rapport à la pointe de la lame ont été réglées, et qui est fixée au moyen de ses boulons de fixation (9), le matériau à lancer dans une direction perpendiculaire à la face du marteau (5) en évitant ainsi le rejet dudit matériau à cause des grandes vitesses de rotation impliquées.
