Abstract

 乳化分散法において樹脂を分散させる為の有機溶剤を使用すること無く、軟化温度(Tm)が比較的高い樹脂であっても、所望の粒径範囲及び狭い粒径分布を有する樹脂微粒子の水系分散体を製造すること。水系媒体、酸基を有する樹脂、塩基性物質及び界面活性剤を混合して混合物を得る混合工程、混合物を、酸基を有する樹脂の軟化温度(Tm)より10.0°C以上高い温度に加温しながら剪断力を加えて分散物を得る分散工程、分散物を冷却して、樹脂微粒子の水系分散体を得る冷却工程を含み、冷却工程が、酸基を有する樹脂のガラス転移温度以下の温度まで、剪断力を加えながら、0.5°C/分以上10.0°C/分以下の冷却速度で冷却すること、を特徴とする樹脂微粒子の水系分散体の製造方法。
