Abstract

　ＮＫ細胞とγδＴ細胞とを高率に含む細胞集団を効率良く増殖・活性化させる方法を提供する。更に、ＡＤＣＣを介したモノクローナル抗体治療薬の効果を高めるための該細胞集団とモノクローナル抗体治療薬を併用した医薬及び治療方法も提供する。 　末梢血単核球にグルココルチコイド及びＩＬ－１８を培養開始後に添加することで、ＮＫ細胞とγδＴ細胞とを選択的に増殖させることができ、高増殖率で大量のＮＫ細胞およびγδＴ細胞を含む細胞集団を得ることが可能である。得られた細胞集団は細胞傷害活性、細胞保存安定性に優れている。また、ＣＤ１６陽性細胞率が高いため、ＡＤＣＣ増強効果が高い。従って、該ＮＫ細胞はＡＤＣＣを介してモノクローナル抗体治療薬の治療効果を増大させることが可能である。
