Abstract

　本発明のエアバッグ装置は、車両の隣り合う２つのシートの少なくとも何れか一方の車幅方向内側部に、当該シートのシートフレーム（２０）の側面（２００）と所定の連結部材を介して連結する中央エアバッグ（４）を収容する。この中央エアバッグ（４）の車幅方向内側外面には、複数本のテザー（４１），…が設けられている。この中央エアバッグ（４）は、膨張展開時において、車幅方向内側からの力に対しては、テザー（４１），…の張力により対抗し、車幅方向外側からの力に対しては、シートフレームの側面（２００）から受ける力により対抗する。
