Abstract

 平衡-不平衡変換機能を有し、入出力インピーダンス比が約1であり、小型化を進めることが可能である弾性波フィルタ装置を提供する。  不平衡端子3に第1の弾性波フィルタ部6の第2のIDT12が接続されており、第2のIDT12が、交叉幅方向に分割されて設けられており、かつ不平衡端子3とグラウンド電位との間において直列に接続された第1,第2の分割IDT部12a,12bを有し、第1の弾性波フィルタ部6に接続された第2の弾性波フィルタ部7の第5のIDTが弾性波伝搬方向に分割された第1,第2の分割IDT部22a,22bを有し、第1,第2の分割IDT部22a,22bがそれぞれ第1,第2の平衡端子4,5に接続されている、弾性波フィルタ装置1。
