Abstract

 無溶剤型ラミネート接着剤は、ポリイソシアネート成分とポリオール成分とを含み、それらは、常温で結晶性を示すポリオール成分を含まない。無溶剤型ラミネート接着剤は、ポリイソシアネート成分とポリオール成分とを混合してから、3分後の初期粘度が500~1000mPa・sであり、20分後の前記初期粘度に対する粘度上昇率が100%~350%である。無溶剤型ラミネート接着剤は、互いに対向する1対のロールを備え、各ロールが対向部分において逆方向に回転する塗工装置において、それらロール間を通過するフィルムに塗工される。
