- This invention stipulates in the fact that it consists of a precursor which iis based on a dispersion of at least one compound from the group of metals' oxids and salts in nanocristalline form, being visible even in the visible band of the solar radiation spectrum; the precursor said is a hydrolysis product of respective metal's soluble salt in the medium of silicates, silicic esters, siloxanes or silicon alcoxides.

It is strong, perfectly washable, with a self-cleaning or photocatalytic effect due to presence of metal ocide nanoparticles (above all the titanium oxide ones), and-due to chosen combination of various anorganic polymeres-is also suitable for anti-graffiti systems, being also usable as a precursor in the production of more sofisticated paints with other binding systems.

Abstract
L'invention concerne un agent de finition de surface d'objets et de structures au moyen d'une couche de revêtement à effet photocatalytique et auto-nettoyant, essentiellement à effet catalytique de photodégradation de polluants de l'air. Ledit agent est produit au moyen d'un précurseur à base de dispersion d'au moins un composé sélectionné dans le groupe formé par des oxydes métalliques et des sels sous forme nanocristalline, qui est photoactif même dans la bande visible du spectre de rayonnement solaire. Le précurseur est un produit d'hydrolyse de sels métalliques respectifs solubles dans un milieu de silicates, d'esters siliciques, de siloxanes ou d'alcoxydes de silicium.
