Abstract
A terminator of a waveguide capable of sufficiently suppressing reflection. A dielectric substrate (3) is formed by forming a conductor layer (4) and stacking a waveguide (2) partially including the conductor layer (4) and a microstrip line (11) in a thickness direction (Z). The waveguide (2) and the microstrip line (11) are electromagnetically coupled by a through hole (18) formed in the conductor layer (4). A stub line (17) is formed by branching off from a strip conductor (12) of the microstrip line (11). One end of a resistor (13) is connected to one end of the strip conductor (12). A reflection suppressing element (14) composed of a land portion (15) and a radial stub line (16) is connected to the other end of the resistor (13).
