Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'éléments de construction modulaires (10) qui peuvent être mis en prise les uns avec les autres. Le procédé comprend les étapes de placement d'un ensemble constitué par au moins deux plaques attachées (2) réalisées à partir de matériaux ayant des propriétés thermiques ou acoustiques à l'intérieur d'un moule (6) et en remplissant ledit moule (6) avec un second matériau (3) qui peut être durci et ayant des propriétés d'adhérence ou de liaison de telle sorte qu'il recouvre la surface exposée dudit ensemble formant une structure de type sandwich. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que lesdites plaques (2) sont rectangulaires et ont toutes leurs plus grandes faces (22) sensiblement égales, les plaques contiguës étant décalées dans une direction parallèle aux dites faces (22) de sorte à définir des zones de prise entre deux éléments et des labyrinthes acoustiques une fois montées pour constituer une paroi ou une séparation.
