Abstract

La présente invention concerne un polypeptide p180NACK qui se lie à Notch et module la transduction du signal médié par Notch. L'invention concerne des molécules d'acide nucléique codant pour le polypeptide p180NACK, des anticorps qui se lient sélectivement au polypeptide p180NACK, des molécules d'ARNi qui inhibent l'expression du polypeptide p180NACK, ainsi que des procédés permettant d'identifier des agents qui modulent l'expression ou l'activité du polypeptide p180NACK. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de modulation de la transduction du signal médié par Notch au moyen desdits agents.
