Abstract

 継手の構成を大きく変更することなく、トルク伝達効率を向上させる。  軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝11が内球面10に形成された外輪12と、外輪12のトラック溝11と対をなして軸方向に延びる複数のトラック溝14が外球面13に形成された内輪15と、外輪12と内輪15のトラック溝11,14間に介在してトルクを伝達する複数のボール16と、外輪12の内球面10と内輪15の外球面13との間に介在してボール16を保持するケージ17とを備え、外輪12と内輪15のトラック溝11,14の曲率中心が継手中心に対して等距離だけ軸方向に逆向きにオフセットされ、外輪12と内輪15のトラック溝11,14で形成されたボールトラックにおけるPCDすきま(2×m)を25μm以上、内輪15の外球面13とケージ17の内球面19との間の球面すきま(2×n1)を40μm以上、ケージ17の外球面18と外輪12の内球面10との間の球面すきま(2×n2)を40μm以上とする。
