 多量のカテキン類を含有しているにもかかわらず、食感、明度、風味の良好なパン類を提供する。  穀粉類100重量部に対してカテキン類が0.2~0.5重量部配合されるようカテキン類含有植物抽出精製物を添加して製造されたパン類であって、カテキン類含有植物抽出精製物中のカテキン類/タンニン重量比が0.81~1.10であるパン類。
