Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes pour contenir et manipuler des fluides comprenant des systèmes et des procédés impliquant des sacs rétractables supportés qui peuvent être utilisés comme réacteurs pour effectuer des réactions chimiques, biochimiques et/ou biologiques contenues dans ceux-ci. En général, l'invention concerne une série de perfectionnements et de caractéristiques pour des systèmes de confinement de fluide tels que des configurations de distribution de gaz, des systèmes de commande de mousse et des procédés de moulage au sac et des articles pour des récipients et bioréacteurs de type sacs rétractables supportés. Par exemple, dans un aspect, les fluides contenus dans un récipient peuvent être répandus, par exemple, de telle sorte qu'un fluide est dirigé dans un contenant du récipient, et, dans certains cas, l'arrosage peut être régulé par activation rapide ou modification du degré d'arrosage si nécessaire. De multiples arroseurs peuvent être utilisés dans certains cas. Dans un autre aspect, le récipient comprend un sac rétractable sans couture. Dans certains cas, le sac rétractable peut être injecté, soufflé ou moulé par centrifugation. Dans encore un autre aspect, le récipient comprend un dispositif qui permet de réduire la mousse produite ou contenue à l'intérieur du récipient. Des détecteurs et/ou dispositifs de commande peuvent facultativement être utilisés pour surveiller et/ou réguler le moussage.
