Abstract

 本発明は、無血清培地中で霊長類の胚性幹細胞を浮遊凝集体として培養すること、及び培養物から網膜前駆細胞を得ることを含む、霊長類の網膜前駆細胞の製造方法を提供する。本発明は更に、胚性幹細胞から分化誘導された、単離された網膜前駆細胞を、接着条件下、ガンマセクレターゼ阻害剤の存在下で培養すること、及び培養物から視細胞前駆体を得ることを含む、視細胞前駆体の製造方法を提供する。
