Abstract

　硫酸アンモニウム等の多量の副生成物を生じさせることなく環状オキシム化合物の転位反応を進行させ、炭素数８～１５のラクタム化合物を工業的に効率よく、しかも低コストで製造しうる方法を提供する。 【解決手段】本発明のラクタム化合物の製造方法は、芳香環を構成する炭素原子に脱離基が結合しており、且つ芳香環を構成する原子としてヘテロ原子を含むか、又は電子吸引基が結合した炭素原子を含む芳香族化合物Ａの存在下、非極性溶媒Ｂ中で、下記式（１） （式中、ｍは７～１４の整数を示す） で表される環状オキシム化合物を転位させて、下記式（２） （式中、ｍは前記に同じ） で表されるラクタム化合物を生成させることを特徴とする。
