Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un non-tissé à une couche ou plusieurs couches, une machine destinée à fabriquer un non-tissé de ce type ainsi qu'un non-tissé fabriqué de manière correspondante. Le but de l'invention consiste à améliorer un tel procédé et ainsi une installation de fabrication, afin que des boucles ou fibrilles saillantes ne dépassent plus du non-tissé et qu'ainsi le retrait de filaments individuels soit empêché pendant l'utilisation du non-tissé. Ce but est atteint selon l'invention en ce que le non-tissé est calandré (14) suite à l'aiguilletage par jet d'eau au moyen d'une calandre (10). L'installation selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce que la machine présente une installation pour tissu non-tissé (1), au moins un système d'aiguilletage (7.1) placé en aval, un dispositif de séchage (9) raccordé à celui-ci et ensuite au moins une calandre (10).
