Im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 2 wird das Vlies 14 von dem Endlosband 3 der Wasservernadelungseinrichtung 7.1 mit einem Saugkasten 7.3 zugeführt, so dass an dieser Stelle eine grobe Vorfestigung des Vlieses 14 mit geringem Druck stattfindet. Hierdurch wird das Vlies 14 so verfestigt, dass es danach s-förmig bzw. in der Form von zwei Halbkreisen über zwei Trommeln 11 und 12 geleitet werden kann, wobei der zweiten Trommel 12 eine weitere Vernadelungseinrichtung 7.2 mit einem Saugkasten 7.3 zugeordnet ist. Gemäß Fig. 4 wird das Vlies von unteren Trommel mit Hilfe eines Saugdrucks aufgenommen und somit mit Hilfe der Trommel 11 von dem Siebband abgehoben und dann von der Trommel 11 aufgenommen und dabei s-förmig an die Trommel 12 weitergeleitet, der der Saugkasten 7.3 zugeordnet ist und damit auch das Vlies 14 an die Trommel 12 drückt.In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, the fleece 14 is fed by the endless belt 3 of the water needling device 7.1 with a suction box 7.3, so that at this point a rough pre-hardening of the fleece 14 takes place at low pressure.
