- Ventilator with a rotor, a fan motor and a ventilation module housing.
- a rotor is defined as any type of fan, fan, or impeller that can be used in such systems. Especially in large ventilation, air conditioning and / or heating systems, such as for buses or rail vehicles, such systems are used.
- a compressor compresses a gaseous refrigerant and transports it via a line to a condenser.
- the serving as a heat exchanger condenser is by air . cooled, which is sucked by means of a blower via an air inlet and discharged via an air outlet.
- the initially gaseous and under high pressure refrigerant liquefies.
- the still under high pressure, now liquid refrigerant is a
- the refrigerant Leaded to an expansion device such as a throttle, causing the refrigerant can relax. By relaxing the refrigerant goes into the gaseous state and thereby deprives the environment heat.
- This heat extraction acts via a serving as a heat exchanger evaporator to the room air of the vehicle compartment to be cooled.
- the room air is sucked by means of a blower through an inlet opening, passed to the evaporator and so cooled out through corresponding openings in the vehicle compartment to be cooled. Due to the fact that the refrigerant has absorbed heat when cooling the room air, it has been heated. It is routed back to the compressor and compressed again. The cooling circuit starts again.
- a heating heat exchanger known for vehicle heaters is used. This heats the guided by means of a blower via the heater core and then passed through openings in the vehicle compartment air.
- Vehicles for example, consists of a heat exchanger battery from a heating heat exchanger and an evaporator.
- the air exchange between the interior of the vehicle and the environment is assisted or controlled by a rotor driven by a ventilation motor.
- the air conditioning and / or heating system also acts as a ventilation system.
- Ventilation, air conditioning and / or heating systems for vehicles are known in which, above all for better handling, the ventilation unit, which also includes a blower unit, is designed as a ventilation module.
- the ventilation unit is a total of a single module of the system, which in particular large ventilation, air conditioning and / or
- Heating systems such as for buses or rail vehicles, still forms a bulky large unit. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous for the various performance classes of ventilation, air conditioning and / or heating systems in each case designed and manufactured in size a ventilation unit adapted as a module, which in each case causes corresponding costs.
- German patent application DE 44 25 364 Al discloses a plug connection to the housing of the system or to the voltage source of the vehicle.
- a connector consists of at least two connectors plugged together, wherein a connector can be both a plug element and a complementary to a plug element counterpart, such as a socket.
- Cable connector is the generic term for connectors. Cable connectors are not just connectors, but also other types of contact means which are also easy to handle without special aids, such as spring contact connectors. It must therefore be present according to the prior art on or in the housing of the entire system for each module in each case one complementary to the module line connector line connector, which is expensive and expensive, especially in the production of the system housing.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, in particular with regard to the ventilation unit to provide improved ventilation, air conditioning and / or heating system for vehicles. Summary of the invention:
- a ventilation, air conditioning and / or heating system for vehicles containing at least one ventilation module with a rotor, a fan motor and a ventilation module housing, wherein the ventilation module is configured to at least one further ventilation module available, and the ventilation module at least one side at least a ventilation module directly attachable to a complementary cable connector of one of the further attachable /

- the ventilation module according to the invention is designed to be available for at least one further ventilation module, a plurality of adjoining ventilation modules, each with its own rotor and ventilation motor, can form a ventilation unit for a ventilation, air conditioning and / or heating system for a vehicle.
- a plurality of adjoining ventilation modules each with its own rotor and ventilation motor, can form a ventilation unit for a ventilation, air conditioning and / or heating system for a vehicle.
- several ventilation modules can be joined together for large performance classes of the system.
- several similar ventilation modules are used in a system, which keeps the construction and manufacturing costs relatively low.
- the ventilation module according to the invention has at least one line connector that can be connected directly to a complementary line connector of one of the further attachable ventilation modules / ventilation module on at least one side, in an advantageous manner achieved that not a complementary cable connector on the housing of the ventilation, air conditioning and / or heating system of the vehicle is necessary for each ventilation module and yet a simple, not obstructing the air flow line connection for in particular the power supply of the fan motor is made possible.
