Abstract

L'invention concerne une couche jetable présentant une bonne perméabilité à l'air, qui comprend les éléments suivants : une région de taille antérieure (L1), une région de taille postérieure (L3) et une région d'entrecuisse (L2) située entre la région de taille antérieure (L1) et la région de taille postérieure (L3). Ladite région de taille antérieure (L1) est pourvue d'une pièce élastique arquée (4) dans le sens de la largeur de la région de taille antérieure (L1). Deux extrémités de la pièce élastique arquée (4) sont reliées à la région de taille antérieure (L1) respectivement, et la partie arquée située au centre de la pièce élastique arquée (4) n'est pas en contact avec la peau de la personne portant la couche. La pièce élastique arquée (4) peut être prévue soit sur le côté se trouvant en contact avec la peau, soit sur le côté étant opposé à la peau. Lorsque ladite pièce est prévue sur ce dernier côté, un dispositif, par exemple sous la forme de bandes (45), est en outre disposé entre la région de taille antérieure (L1) et la pièce élastique arquée (4).
