Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif tendeur à excentrique pour tendre un moyen de traction, réalisé par exemple sous forme de courroie plate ou dentée, d'une transmission à moyen de traction. L'invention vise à fournir des solutions qui apportent des avantages en terme de technique de montage pour l'installation de dispositifs tendeurs et l'incorporation du moyen de traction dans la transmission à moyen de traction. Selon l'invention, on y parvient par un dispositif tendeur à excentrique pour une transmission à moyen de traction qui comprend : un ensemble de poulie comprenant en soi une poulie et un palier à roulement prévu pour le montage de celle-ci ; un excentrique de travail pour soutenir l'ensemble de poulie de telle sorte que ce dernier peut, en fonction d'un pivotement de l'excentrique de travail, être déplacé dans une direction radiale par rapport à l'axe de révolution du palier à roulement ; un ressort de torsion pour précontrainte l'excentrique de travail ; un dispositif d'immobilisation pour assujettir l'excentrique de travail dans une position de montage dans laquelle le ressort de torsion se trouve dans un état précontraint ; et une structure de plaque de base qui peut être ancrée bloquée en rotation sur une surface de bridage prévue pour le rattachement du dispositif tendeur à excentrique. Le dispositif d'immobilisation est conçu de telle sorte qu'il est automatiquement libéré lors du serrage à bloc d'une vis de fixation par laquelle le dispositif tendeur à excentrique est vissé sur la surface de bridage.
