Als nachteilig bei dieser Vorrichtung wird es empfunden, dass die Hebelmechanik zu aufwendig und daher kostspielig ist und die Montage der einzelnen Bauelemente zur Reinigung der mit den Zitrusfrüchten in Berührung kommenden Teile zu kompliziert ist und daher für den Endverbraucher schwierig werden kann. Ferner ist die Schneidelementen-Anordnung verhältnismäßig kostenintensiv, was die gesamte Vorrichtung unnötig in der Herstellung verteuert. Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung mindestens zweier Schneidelemente 2, 3 sowie einem darunter quer zur Längsachse der beiden oberen Schneidelemente 2, 3 angeordneten Schneidelement 5. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Schneidelemente 2, 3 in einem bestimmten Winkel α zueinander V-förmig so angeordnet, dass die Schneiden 7, 1' , auf die die zu zerkleinernde Frucht gelegt wird, nach oben weisen. Der mittlere Kreuzungspunkt 4 der Längsachsen der Schneidelemente liegt dabei naturgemäß etwa in der Mitte der beiden länglichen Schneidelemente 2, 3. Das mindestens dritte notwendige Schneidelement 5, das quer zu den beiden V-förmig zueinander angeordneten Schneidelementen 2, 3 liegt, ist im unmittelbaren Bereich des Kreuzungspunktes 4 der beiden länglichen Schneidelemente 2, 3 angeordnet. Genauer gesagt, ist das längliche Schneidelement 5 im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel direkt unter dem Kreuzungspunkt 11 der unteren Längskanten der Schneidelemente mit seiner Schneide 7 nach oben gerichtet. In einem anderen Ausführungsbeispiel ist das längliche, quer zu den Schneidelementen 2, 3 angeordnete Schneidelement 5 direkt über dem Kreuzungspunkt 11' der Schneiden 7, T der Schneidelemente 2, 3 angeordnet. Die Ausnehmung 28 kann je nach zu zerkleinernde Frucht beliebige Formen annehmen. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist diese Ausnehmung 28 oval. Quer zur Längsachse des unteren Druckteils 17 ist eine Vielzahl von Schlitzen 21 und Stegen 21f angeordnet. In diese Schlitze 21 greifen die Schneidelemente 2, 3 beim Herabsenken des Druckteils 16, 17 ein. Quer zur Längsachse dieser Schlitze 21 ist ein weiterer Schlitz 22 angeordnet, in den das Schneidelement 5 der Schneidelementen-Anordnung 1 eingreift. Auf der Oberseite der T-förmigen Führung 25 ist am Ende eine Anschlagnase 27 angeordnet, die dazu dient, dem unteren Druckteil eine definierte Position zuzuweisen. Um dem gesamten Druckteil 16, 17 eine geradlinige Auf- und Abführung zu bieten, sind in den Druckteilen 16, 17 parallel zu den Schlitzen 21 Führungsnuten 26 eingearbeitet, in die hier nicht gezeigte Führungsschienen eingreifen.Fig. 8 shows a perspective view of the lower part 17 of the two-part pressure member 16, 17.
