Abstract

La présente invention concerne des émulsions comprenant, en pourcentage en masse par rapport à la masse totale de la composition : (a) 72% à 76% d'eau ; (b) 0,1% à 5% d'un agent gélifiant de la phase aqueuse de l’émulsion ; (c) 0,75% à 2% de métronidazole ; (d) 5% à 10% d'huile minérale ; (e) 0,5% à 10% d'un agent tensioactif ; (f) 0,5% à 5% d'un acide gras ; (g) 0% à 4% d'un promoteur d'absorption du métronidazole (c) ; et (h) 0,1% à 5% d'un agent conservateur choisi parmi le groupe constitué par le méthylparabène, le propylparabène, le phénoxyéthanol et leurs mélanges. L'invention concerne également des mousses à base de métronidazole obtenues à partir de ces émulsions, ainsi que leur utilisation dermatologique.

2. Utilisation d'une composition selon la revendication 1, pour la préparation d'une mousse dermatologique destinée au traitement prophylactique ou thérapeutique d'une affection cutanée, par voie topique.
3. Utilisation selon la revendication 2, pour la préparation d'une mousse dermatologique destinée au traitement de la rosacée.
