Abstract

La présente invention concerne des hétérostructures semi-conductrices monolithiques en désaccord de maille ainsi que des procédés permettant de les fabriquer, par exemple par liaison de substrats à motifs avec des matériaux à surfaces actives alternatives sur une plate-forme diélectrique rigide puis par élimination des zones d'interface hautement défectueuses conjointement avec les substrats sous-jacents de manière à produire des zones à surfaces actives alternatives disposées sur le matériau isolant, lesquelles zones sont sensiblement exemptes de dislocations de désadaptation et de dislocations traversantes.
