Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif électronique numérique portatif destiné à reproduire une musique préalablement gravée par des maisons de disques, équipé d'un circuit électronique formé d'éléments de gravage et de reproduction numérique, ainsi qu'un avertisseur et une sortie pour des audiophones, incluant les audiphones, avec un espace spécifique dans la partie externe de la carcasse afin de contenir les éléments de conception graphique et de mercadotechnie discographique comme moyen d'identification et de promotion artistique. La différence marquée par notre dispositif par rapport à ceux déjà existants, consiste en ce que les dispositifs ultérieurs nécessitent un gravage de la part de l'utilisateur final du produit et ne contiennent pas d'identification mercadotechnique d'un produit musical en particulier, alors qu'un autre dispositif, grave avec le contenu d'une production musicale spécifique, imprime dans la partie extérieure de la carcasse des images et des graphiques de cette production musicale spécifique, et sort à la vente dans des magasins comme s'il s'agissait d'un CD parlant. L'invention en question se trouve encadrée dans le secteur de l'électronique et plus particulièrement dans le secteur de l'électronique en reproduction audio, notamment conçue pour la vente de musique gravée.
