図 3は本実施形態の動作を示すフローチャートである。本実施形態の動作を誕生 日等における発信者からの着信の例により説明する。

[0041] 図 5は、本実施形態の別の電話帳データの記録の構成例を示す図である。複数の 特定日の特定領域 48— 1乃至 48— nが設けられ、適宜希望する特定日の登録時に 、夫々の着信音、及びメロディー等を選択可能に構成したものである。例えば、慶事 等の年月日をキー入力すると共に、その日に相応しい着信音及びメロディー、並び に表示画像等にチェックを入れて選択し設定することを可能とし、制御部 11はこれら の選択、及び設定された情報により、スピーカ 18及び表示部 14に対し、対応する着 信音、及び表示画像により着信を報知する制御を行う。

図 6は、本発明の第 2の実施形態に係る携帯電話機の構成を示すブロック図であり 、図 7は本実施形態の動作を示すフローチャートである。前述の実施形態によれば、 特定日に当たる者力 の発信者番号通知による着信があることにより、前記特定日が 認識されるものであるから、前記特定日にこのような着信がなければその情報は認識 できないので、本実施形態では、アラーム発音部としての目覚まし時計部 19を設け、 電話帳機能に追加した特定日等の登録情報を目覚まし時計部 19のアラーム音発音 時に利用することで、事前に特定日の認識を可能としたものである。基本構成は図 1 と同様であり制御部 11は目覚まし時計部 19の動作の起動と設定時刻で電話帳デー タを参照してアラーム音等を切り替える制御を実行する。
[0043] ユーザは携帯電話機の目覚まし時計機能を設定してスタートする。図 7に示すフロ 一チャートのように、目覚まし設定時刻になると、本アラーム鳴動の制御動作が開始 する (ステップ s51)。制御部 11は目覚まし時計部のアラームタイミングで電話帳デー タ記憶部を参照し、記録されたデータ中にこのアラームタイミングの月日と誕生日等 の特定日が一致する人がいる力否かを判断する。例えば、電話帳に登録されている 誕生日の中に当日誕生日の人が!/、な 、場合は、通常の目覚ましアラーム音を鳴動さ せる (ステップ s54)。また、当日誕生日の人力^、る場合は、誕生日専用の目覚ましァ ラーム音を鳴動させ、且つ専用メッセージ等を表示部 14に表示する (ステップ s53)。 アラーム動作が終了することで本機能は終了する。
[0044] 更に、本発明の第 3の実施形態として、携帯電話機にスケジュールを登録するスケ ジュール登録部を実装し、電話帳機能への特定日情報の登録時に、電話帳機能に 追加した特定日等の登録情報をスケジュール登録部に自動的に登録するように構成 することができる。例えば、誕生日等の特定日が登録された日に、自動的にスケジュ 一ルの月日に登録し、スケジュール情報の追加登録及び利用時に参照可能とする。
[0045] 以上、本発明の実施形態として携帯電話機の例を説明したが、本発明は携帯電話 機に限られるものではなぐ電話機一般に適用可能であることは明らかである。

請求の範囲
[1] 電話機のユーザ名、電話番号、及びユーザの特定日情報を含む電話帳データ記憶 部と、着信時に発信者電話番号を検出する検出部と、着信音を報知する報知部と、 前記検出部が検出した発信者電話番号をもとに前記電話帳データ記憶部を参照し て前記ユーザ名力 発信者を特定し、前記着信が前記発信者の特定日におけるも のであるときに、通常の着信音とは異なる特定着信音に切り替えて報知するように前 記報知部を制御する制御部と、を有することを特徴とする電話機。
[2] 画像を表示する表示部を有し、前記制御部は、前記特定着信音へ切り替えるときに 、前記表示部に対して、通常の着信時の表示画像と異なる特定表示画像に切り替え て表示するように制御することを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の電話機。
[3] 前記電話帳データ記憶部には、特定日の着信音、及び表示画像の情報を登録可能 としたことを特徴とする請求項 1又は 2に記載の電話機。
[4] 設定時間が到来したときにアラーム音を発するアラーム発音部を有し、前記制御部 は前記アラーム発音部がアラーム音を発音するときに前記電話帳データ記憶部の記 憶情報を参照し、その日時が前記特定日情報から得られた特定日である場合に、ァ ラーム音を通常のアラーム音とは異なる特定アラーム音に切り替えて報知するように 前記アラーム発音部を制御することを特徴とする請求項 1乃至 3のいずれ力 1項に記 載の電話機。
[5] スケジュールを登録するスケジュール登録部を有し、前記電話帳データ記憶部への 前記特定日情報の登録時に、前記制御部は前記特定日情報を前記スケジュール登 録部に自動的に登録することを特徴とする請求項 1乃至 4のいずれか 1項に記載の 電話機。
[6] 前記特定日は誕生日であることを特徴とする請求項 1乃至 5のいずれ力 1項に記載 の電話機。
[7] 電話機に実装された電話機のユーザ名、電話番号、及びユーザの特定日情報を登 録した電話帳データを利用して、着信時に発信者電話番号を検出し、この発信者電 話番号をもとに前記電話帳データを参照し、前記着信の月日と前記発信者の特定日 の月日とがー致した場合に、通常の着信音とは異なる特定着信音に切り替えて報知 することを特徴とする電話機の着信報知方法。
[8] 前記特定着信音へ切り替えるときに、通常の着信時の表示画像と異なる特定表示画 像を表示部に表示することを特徴とする請求項 7に記載の電話機の着信報知方法。
[9] 前記電話帳データの書き換えにより、特定日の着信音、及び表示画像の情報を変更 可能としたことを特徴とする請求項 7又は 8に記載の電話機の着信報知方法。
[10] 設定時間の到来に合わせてアラーム発音部力 アラーム音を発音するときに、前記 電話帳データを参照し、その日時が前記特定日情報力 得られた特定日である場合 に、アラーム音を通常のアラーム音とは異なる特定アラーム音に切り替えて報知する ことを特徴とする請求項 7乃至 9のいずれか 1項に記載の電話機の着信報知方法。
[11] 前記電話帳データへの前記特定日情報の登録時に、前記特定日情報を、スケジュ ールを登録するスケジュール登録部に自動的に登録することを特徴とする請求項 7 乃至 10のいずれか 1項に記載の電話機の着信報知方法。
[12] 前記特定日は誕生日であることを特徴とする請求項 7乃至 11のいずれ力 1項に記載 の電話機の着信報知方法。
