Abstract

The invention relates to a coronoradicular one-piece permanent dental implant which is used to replace a natural tooth in a single surgical and prosthetic intervention and which can be better adapted to the site. The inventive implant is provided with an intraosseous anchoring section and an intraoral section in the form of a cup having a coronal stem extending upwards from the base thereof, said two sections being disposed in a continuous, straight manner. The aforementioned cup is tapered in the intraosseous section and is inverted in relation to the coronal stem. Moreover, the upper edge of the cup is flush with the osseous surface of the placed implant. According to the invention, a gripping system can be used to manipulate the implant and screw same in the bone.
