本发明涉及一种折叠接头, 尤其是一种连接刚性杆件的折叠接头。 【背景技术】
在很多领域需要使用折叠接头, 如: 折叠自行车、 折叠帐篷、 建筑用的 架、 健身器材等。 现有的折叠接头有些操作筒便快捷, 但结构偏复杂, 成本 较高; 还有些折叠接头结构简单, 但操作不够方便。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是要克服上述不足, 提供一种结构简单、 成本低且操作 简便快捷的连接刚性杆件的折叠接头。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的: 本发明连接刚性杆件的折叠 接头, 包括前折叠体, 后折叠体, 前折叠体与后折叠体的一端通过铰轴销铰 接, 此外, 在后折叠体的另一端以锁销铰接了一个锁紧钩, 锁紧钩自由端呈 钩状, 另一端通过至少一个弹性体与后折叠体相连, 锁紧钩可绕锁销中心转 动。
与现有技术相比较, 本发明的优点在于: 因为后折叠体的另一端铰接了 锁紧钩, 两折叠体合拢过程中前折叠体触碰并推动后折叠体的锁紧钩令其张 开, 待合拢时, 在弹簧力作用下, 锁紧钩自动复位, 将合拢后的两个折叠体 自动锁紧。 其锁紧动作能自动完成, 操作非常简捷, 所述的接头零件少, 结 构简单, 成本也较低。

本发明一种连接刚性杆件 9 , 1 0的折叠接头, 包括前折叠体 2、 后折叠 体 6 , 前、 后折叠体 2 , 6的一端通过铰轴销 1铰接, 在后折叠体 6的另一端 以锁销 3铰接了一个锁紧钩 4 , 锁紧钩 4 自由端呈钩状, 另一端通过一个或 一个以上的弹性体 5与后折叠体 6相连, 锁紧钩 4可绕锁销 3中心转动。
当需要合拢该装置时, 只需要将前折叠体 2、 后折叠体 6相互碰撞, 锁 紧钩即会在弹性体 5的作用下自动开合, 勾紧前折叠体 2 , 连接刚性杆件的 折叠接头即实现闭合; 当需要打开该装置时, 向弹性体 5施力使其压缩, 通 过杠杆作用, 即可使锁紧钩 4钩状部分抬起, 连接刚性杆件的折叠接头即告 打开。 '
为了增强本发明的整体刚性, 可在后折叠板 6上朝向前折叠板 2的一面 设一台阶 7 , 如此, 当两个折叠体 2 , 6合拢时, 台阶 7抵紧在两者之间, 使 两者更为牢固。
上述的弹性体 5可灵活采用多种元件, 可仅用一个压簧 5 , 也可以仅用 一个扭簧 8, 还可以同时使用两个弹簧。 本实施例采用的是压簧 5 , 另外在锁 销 3上还设有扭簧 8 , 对锁紧钩 4施力。
为进一步加固本发明的连接效果, 还可在锁紧钩 4的后端开设螺孔, 用 一调节螺杆 11插置入该螺孔中, 另设一贯穿锁销 3的螺钉 12 , 由该螺钉 12 与调节螺杆 11连接夹持锁销 3。 如此, 转动调节螺杆 11可调整锁紧钩 4相 对锁销 3移动, 以保证锁紧钩 4与前折叠体 2钩紧。
由于本发明结构简单,应用本发明可使操作更为快捷,成本也大大节省。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种连接刚性杆件 (9)、 (10) 的折叠接头, 包括前折叠体(2), 后 折叠体 (6), 前折叠体 (2) 与后折叠体 (6) 的一端通过铰轴销 ( 1 )铰接, 其特征在于: 在后折叠体(6)的另一端以锁销(3)铰接了一个锁紧钩(4), 锁紧钩( 4 ) 自由端呈钩状, 另一端通过至少一个弹性体( 5 )与后折叠体( 6 ) 相连, 锁紧钩 (4) 可绕锁销 (3) 中心转动。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的连接刚性杆件的折叠接头, 其特征在于: 后折 叠体(6)上朝向前折叠体(2) 的一面设有台阶(7)。 当两个折叠体 (2)、
(6)合拢时, 台阶(7)抵紧在两者之间, 以增强整体刚性。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的连接刚性杆件的折叠接头, 其特征在于: 所述 弹性体(5)为压簧(5), 另在锁销 (3)上设有扭簧(8), 对锁紧钩 (4)施 力。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的连接刚性杆件的折叠接头, 其特征在于: 在锁 紧钩(4)的后端开有螺孔,调节螺杆(11 )插置于螺孔中, 另有贯穿锁销(3) 的螺钉( 12 ) 与调节螺杵( 11 )连接夹持锁销 ( 3 )。
