CHANNEL FOR VARIETY COMMUNICATIONS IN MOBILE
NETWORK Technical Field [1] The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for constructing a unified channel for various types of communication in a wireless communication network. Background Art [2] A conventional voice communication method is a currently used telephone com¬ munication method in which a user performs simple voice communication with a counterpart by pressing a call button after inputting the counterpart's telephone number. Furthermore, to use supplementary voice communication services, users must know respect methods of use, so that they are inconvenient to use. That is, to use a sup¬ plementary voice communication service, a user is provided with the supplementary voice service from a service provider, by pressing a 'call button' after inputting a prefix, a feature code or special code number, and a counterpart's telephone number, or by gaining access to an Audio Response System (ARS) for the supplementary service. [3] Furthermore, there is a method of gaining access to a personal home page using a conventional Wireless Internet Numbers for Contents (WINC) method. However, this method provides only a screen for enabling access to personal blogs or personal home pages, but does not provides a channel for various types of supplementary voice com¬ munication that enables the exchange of voice messages with a called subscriber or voice calls. The term "WINC" refers to a method of searching for Internet sites using a method of inputting numbers corresponding to English characters, instead of the English characters of a mobile terminal keyboard. For example, when "642", instead of MIC, that is, the initials of the Ministry of Information and Communication, is input in the case where the website of the Ministry of Information and Communication is sought, about 27 websites, including the website of the Ministry of Information and Communication, are displayed, and the website of the Ministry of Information and Communication is selected from among the displayed websites. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [4] The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to allow users to gain access to unique personal pages or provide a variety of functional call services using telephone numbers as personalized addresses. [5] Another object of the present invention is to provide a unified screen for various functional calls to a called terminal when the telephone number and wireless Internet button of the called terminal are entered. [6] A further object of the present invention is to provide supplementary services, including voice-based services, such as a voice message call, a scheduled call, a voice memo call, a voice recording call, a Background Music Service Call (BGMS), a sound effect call and a messenger call, a short message or multimedia message, and e-mail using WINC. [7] Yet another object of the present invention is to allows a calling terminal to directly gain access to a service providing apparatus using a feature code and to be provided with voice-based functional call services, such as a voice message call, a scheduled call, a voice memo call and a voice recording call. [8] Still another object of the present invention is to easily provide a functional call service by modifying a telephone directory menu and a received message box menu in a mobile phone terminal, or adding a dedicated key (hot key) for a functional call to the terminal. Technical Solution [9] In order to accomplish the above objects, in accordance with an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a unified channel for various supplementary services in a service providing apparatus coupled to a calling terminal and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the method comprising the steps of receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; sending a unified supplementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; receiving a particular supplementary service request signal from the calling terminal; and providing the calling terminal and the called terminal with a supplementary service corresponding to the supplementary service request signal. [10] In a preferred embodiment, the supplementary service includes at least one of a voice function communication service, a personalized page service, a communication type service and a content type service. [11] Furthermore, the voice function communication service is at least one of a voice message call service, a scheduled call service, a voice recording call service, a background music call service, a sound effect call service and a voice memo call service. Furthermoere, the personalized page service is a service that shows at least one of a blog and a mini-home page. Furthermore, the communication type service is at least one of a SMS(short message service) and an e-mail sending service. Furthermore, the content type service is a service that presents at least one of a ringback tone re¬ placement sound, a bell sound, karaoke and a gift certificate. [12] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a voice message call service in a service providing apparatus coupled to a calling terminal, a Mobile Switching Center (MSC)/Personal Com¬ munication eXchange (PCX) and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the method comprising the steps of receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by pressing a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button in the calling terminal; sending a unified supplementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; receiving a voice message call service request signal from the calling terminal; terminating the wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal sends a first call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection with the service providing apparatus when the connection to the wireless Internet is terminated; receiving a call connection request signal corresponding to the first call setup request signal from the MSC/PCX; sending a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal; receiving a voice message, which will be sent to the called terminal, from the calling terminal using a call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal and the second call setup response signal; releasing the call channel; sending an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the outbound call request signal and receives a second call setup response signal in response to the second call setup request signal; receiving an outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the second call setup response signal; and sending a voice message to the calling terminal using a call path established with the called terminal in response to the second call setup response signal and the outbound call response signal. [13] In a preferred embodiment, the method may further comprises the step of receiving a response message from the called terminal, wherein the service providing apparatus sends the response message as a response voice message call to the calling terminal. [14] In another preferred embodiment, the method may further comprises the step of sending a voice message call guide message to the calling terminal. [15] In another preferred embodiment, the method may further comprises the step of sending a voice message call completion notification message to the calling terminal in a short message form. [16] Furthermore, the calling terminal sends the first call setup request signal using a connection number of the service providing apparatus, which is included in a WML or wireless Internet browser page output from the service providing apparatus, if the wireless Internet connection with the service providing apparatus is terminated. Furthermore, the connection number is at least one of a representative ARS number and a feature code number. Furthermore, the service providing apparatus includes an Operation Administration and Management Server (OA&M Server, OMS), a Unified Communication System (UCS)-IP server, an Application Plus Server (APS), a Text To Speech (TTS) server, a DataBase Server (DBS) and a Web/WAP Application Server (WWAS). Furthermore, the unified supplementary service screen is provided to the calling terminal by the WWAS. Furthermore, the UCS-IP server processes a voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal. [17] In a preferred embodiment, the APS performs a short message sending function, a billing function and a subscriber registration and authentication function. In another preferred embodiment, the voice message is stored in the DBS. [18] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a voice message call service in a service providing apparatus, which is coupled to a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, a Home Location Register (HLR) and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, using a feature code, the method comprising the steps of receiving a call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX, wherein the call connection request signal corresponds to a feature response signal (featurerequest) received from the HLR by MSC/PCX in response to a feature request signal (FeatureRequest) sent to the HLR from MSC/PCX, after the MSC/PCX receiving a specific feature code and an identifier of the called terminal from the calling terminal; sending a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call connection request signal; receiving a voice message, which will be sent to the called terminal, from the calling terminal using a call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal; releasing the call channel; sending an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the outbound call request signal and receives a call setup response signal in response to the call setup request signal; receiving an outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the call setup response signal; and sending a voice message to the calling terminal using a call path established with the called terminal in response to the call setup response signal and the outbound call response signal. [19] In a preferred embodiment, the feature code is a signal to request a voice message call service. Furthermore, the feature request signal is a signal to request a routing address for a call connection to the service providing apparatus. [20] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a scheduled call service in a service providing apparatus coupled to a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the method comprising the steps of receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; sending a unified supplementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; receiving a scheduled call service request signal and scheduled call information from the calling terminal; terminating the wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal; sending a first outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to make a call to the calling terminal based on the scheduled call information, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a first call setup request signal to the calling terminal in response to the first outbound call request signal and receives a first call setup response signal in response to the first call setup request signal; receiving a first outbound call response signal from the MSC/ PCX in response to the first call setup response signal; sending a second outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to make a call to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the second outbound call request signal and receives a second call setup response signal in response to the second call setup request signal; and receiving a second outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the second call setup response signal, wherein the calling terminal and the called terminal perform com¬ munication using a call path formed by the first outbound call response signal and the second outbound call response signal. [21] In a preferred embodiment, the scheduled call information includes a scheduled time. [22] In another preferred embodiment, the method may further comprises the step of sending a scheduled call guide message to the calling terminal. Furthermore, the scheduled call guide message is a guide message prompting for input of a number for connecting or canceling a scheduled call. Furthermore, the method may further comprises the step of receiving a DTMF signal from the calling terminal in accordance with the guide message. [23] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a scheduled call service in a service providing apparatus coupled to a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the method comprising the steps of receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; sending a unified supplementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; receiving a scheduled call service request signal and scheduled call information from the calling terminal; terminating the wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal; and sending a short message to the calling terminal based on the scheduled call in¬ formation, wherein the calling terminal makes a call to the called terminal using the short message. [24] In a preferred embodiment, the short message includes a telephone number of the called terminal to perform callback access to the called terminal. [25] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a voice memo call service in a service providing apparatus coupled to a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX and a called terminal via a mobile com¬ munication network, the method comprising the steps of receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; sending a unified sup¬ plementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; receiving a voice memo call service request signal from the calling terminal; terminating the wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal sends a first call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the service providing apparatus if a connection to the wireless Internet is terminated; receiving a first call connection request signal in response to the first call setup request signal from the MSC/PCX; sending a first call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the first call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a first call setup response signal to the calling terminal in response to the first call connection response signal; receiving a voice memo message from the calling terminal using a first call channel established with the calling terminal according to the first call connection response signal and the first call setup response signal; terminating the first call channel; sending a short message indicating arrival of a voice memo to the called terminal, wherein the called terminal sends a second call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to gain call back access to the service providing apparatus based on the short message; receiving a second call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the second call setup request signal; sending a second call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the second call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal; and sending a voice memo message to the called terminal using a second call channel established with the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal and the second call setup response signal. [26] In a preferred embodiment, the method may further comprises the step of sending a short message informing the calling terminal of completion of a voice memo call. [27] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a voice memo call service in a service providing apparatus coupled to a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, an HLR and a called terminal using a feature code via a mobile communication network, the method comprising the steps of receiving first call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX, wherein the first call connection request signal corresponds to a feature response signal (featurerequest) received from the HLR by MSC/PCX in response to a feature request signal (FeatureRequest) sent to the HLR from MSC/PCX, after the MSC/PCX receiving a specific feature code and an identifier of the called terminal from the calling terminal; sending a first call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the first call connection request signal; receiving a voice message from the calling terminal using a first call channel established with the calling terminal according to the first call connection response signal; terminating the first call channel; sending a short message indicating arrival of a voice memo to the called terminal, wherein the called terminal sends a call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to gain call back access to the service providing apparatus based on the short message; receiving a second call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the call setup request signal; sending a second call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the second call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the called terminal in response to the call connection response signal; and sending a voice memo message to the called terminal using a second call channel established with the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal and the call setup response signal. [28] In a preferred embodiment, the feature code and an identifier of the called terminal are sent to the MSC/PCX by selecting a voice memo call from any one of a telephone directory menu and message box menu of the called terminal. [29] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a telephone directory menu for a functional call service in a calling terminal including a display unit and a key input unit, the method comprising the steps of receiving at least one key input for displaying a telephone directory list from the key input unit; displaying the telephone number list on the display unit; selecting a specific telephone number from the telephone number list and receiving an input of a menu button from the key input unit; displaying a functional call service list on the display unit; selecting a specific functional call service from the functional call service list and receiving at least one key input; and making a call to the service providing apparatus using a feature code corresponding to the selected functional call service and a telephone number corresponding to the selected specific telephone number list, wherein the service providing apparatus provides the selected functional call service. [30] In a preferred embodiment, the functional call service is at least one of a voice message call service, a scheduled call service, a voice recording call service and a voice memo call service. [31] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a message box menu for a functional call service in a calling terminal including a display unit and a key input unit, the method comprising the steps of receiving at least one key input from the key input unit for displaying a message list; displaying the received character message list on the display unit; selecting a specific message from the character message list and receiving an input of a menu button from the key input unit; displaying a functional call service list on the display unit; selecting a specific functional call service from the functional call service list and receiving at least one key input; and making a call to the service providing apparatus using a feature code corresponding to the selected functional call service and a telephone number corresponding to a calling number of the selected specific message, wherein the service providing apparatus provides the selected functional call service. [32] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a dedicated key for a functional call service in a calling terminal including a display unit and a key input unit, the method comprising the steps of receiving a telephone number of the called terminal from the key input unit; receiving an input of the dedicated key for the functional call service; displaying a functional call service list on the display unit; selecting a specific functional call service from the functional call service list and receiving at least one key input; and making a call to the service providing apparatus using a feature code corresponding to the selected functional call service and the selected telephone number of the called terminal, wherein the service providing apparatus provides the selected functional call service. [33] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a unified channel for various supplementary services in conjunction with a calling terminal and a called terminal via a mobile com- munication network, the apparatus comprising means for receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; means for sending a unified supplementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; means for receiving a particular supplementary service request signal from the calling terminal; and means for providing the calling terminal and the called terminal with supplementary service corresponding to the supplementary service request signal. [34] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a voice message call service in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX and a called terminal via a mobile com¬ munication network, the apparatus comprising means for receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; means for sending a unified supplementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; means for receiving a voice message call service request signal from the calling terminal; means for terminating wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal sends a first call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the service providing apparatus if the wireless Internet connection is terminated; means for receiving a call connection request signal corresponding to the first call setup request signal from the MSC/PCX; means for sending a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal; means for receiving a voice message, which will be sent to the called terminal, from the calling terminal using a call channel established with the calling terminal according to the call connection response signal and the second call setup response signal; means for terminating the call channel; means for sending an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the outbound call request signal and receives a second call setup response signal in response to the second call setup request signal; means for receiving an outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the second call setup response signal; and means for sending a voice message to the calling terminal using a call path established with the called terminal in response to the second call setup response signal and the outbound call response signal. [35] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a voice message call service using a feature code in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, an HLR and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the apparatus comprising means for receiving a call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX, wherein the call connection request signal corresponds to a feature response signal(featurerequest) received from the HLR by MSC/PCX in response to a feature request signal(FeatureRequest) sent to the HLR from MSC/PCX, after the MSC/PCX receiving a specific feature code and an identifier of the called terminal from the calling terminal; means for sending a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call connection request signal; means for receiving a voice message, which will be sent to the called terminal, from the calling terminal using a call channel established with the calling terminal according to the call connection response signal; means for terminating the call channel; means for sending an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/ PCX sends a call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the outbound call request signal and receives a call setup response signal in response to the call setup request signal; means for receiving an outbound call response signal from the MSC/ PCX in response to the call setup response signal; and means for sending a voice message to the calling terminal using a call path established with the called terminal according to the call setup response signal and the outbound call response signal. [36] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a scheduled call service in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the apparatus comprising means for receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; means for sending a unified sup¬ plementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; means for receiving a scheduled call service request signal and scheduled call information from the calling terminal; means for terminating wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal; means for sending a first outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to make a call to the calling terminal based on the scheduled call information, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a first call setup request signal to the calling terminal in response to the first outbound call request signal and receives a first call setup response signal in response to the first call setup request signal; means for receiving a first outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the first call setup response signal; means for sending a second outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to make a call to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the second outbound call request signal and receives a second call setup response signal in response to the second call setup request signal; and means for receiving a second outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the second call setup response signal, wherein the calling terminal and the called terminal perform communication using a call path formed in response to the first outbound call response signal and the second outbound call response signal. [37] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a scheduled call service in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the apparatus comprising means for receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; means for sending a unified sup¬ plementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; means for receiving a scheduled call service request signal and scheduled call information from the calling terminal; means for terminating wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal; and means for sending a short message to the calling terminal based on the scheduled call information, wherein the calling terminal makes a call to the called terminal using the short message. [38] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a voice memo call service in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX and a called terminal via a mobile com¬ munication network, the apparatus comprising means for receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; means for sending a unified supplementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; means for receiving a voice memo call service request signal from the calling terminal; means for terminating wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal sends a first call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the service providing apparatus if the wireless Internet connection is terminated; means for receiving a first call connection request signal corresponding to the first call setup request signal from the MSC/PCX; means for sending a first call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the first call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a first call setup response signal to the calling terminal in response to the first call connection response signal; means for receiving a voice memo message from the calling terminal using a first call channel es¬ tablished with the calling terminal in response to the first call connection response signal and the first call setup response signal; means for terminating the first call channel; means for sending a short message indicating arrival of a voice memo to the called terminal, wherein the called terminal sends a second call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to gain call back access to the service providing apparatus based on the short message; means for receiving a second call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the second call setup request signal; means for sending a second call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the second call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal; and means for sending a voice memo message to the called terminal using a second call channel established with the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal and the second call setup response signal. [39] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a voice memo call service using a feature code in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, an HLR and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the apparatus comprising means for receiving a first call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX, wherein the first call connection request signal corresponds to a feature response signal(featurerequest) received from the HLR by MSC/PCX in response to a feature request signal(FeatureRequest) sent to the HLR from MSC/PCX, after the MSC/PCX receiving a specific feature code and an identifier of the called terminal from the calling terminal; means for sending a first call connection response signal to the MSC/ PCX in response to the first call connection request signal; means for receiving a voice message from the calling terminal using a first call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the first call connection response signal; means for terminating the first call channel; means for sending a short message indicating arrival of a voice memo to the called terminal, wherein the called terminal sends a call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to gain call back access to the service providing apparatus based on the short message; means for receiving a second call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the call setup request signal; means for sending a second call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the second call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the called terminal in response to the call connection response signal; and means for sending a voice memo message to the called terminal using a second call channel established with the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal and the call setup response signal. [40] In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a calling terminal having a display unit and a key input unit and providing a telephone directory menu for a functional call service, the calling terminal comprising means for receiving at least one key input for displaying a telephone number list from the key input unit; means for displaying the telephone number list on the display unit; means for selecting a specific telephone number from the telephone number list and receiving an input of a menu button from the key input unit; means for displaying a functional call service list on the display unit; means for selecting a specific functional call service from the functional call service list and receiving at least one key input; and means for making a call to the service providing apparatus using a feature code cor¬ responding to the selected functional call service and a telephone number cor¬ responding to the selected specific telephone number list, wherein the service providing apparatus provides the selected functional call service. [41] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a calling terminal having a display unit and a key input unit and providing a message box menu for a functional call service, the calling terminal comprising means for receiving at least one key input for displaying a character message list received from the key input unit; means for displaying the received character message list on the display unit; means for selecting a specific character message from the character message list and receiving an input of a menu button from the key input unit; means for displaying a functional call service list on the display unit; means for selecting a specific functional call service from the functional call service list and receiving at least one key input; and means for making a call to the service providing apparatus using a feature code corresponding to the selected functional call service and a telephone number corresponding to a calling number of the selected specific character message, wherein the service providing apparatus provides the selected functional call service. [42] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a calling terminal having a display unit and a key input unit and providing a dedicated key for a functional call service, the calling terminal comprising means for receiving a telephone number of the called terminal from the key input unit; means for receiving the dedicated key for the functional call service; means for displaying a functional call service list on the display unit; means for selecting a specific functional call service from the functional call service list and receiving at least one key input; and means for making a call to the service providing apparatus using a feature code corresponding to the selected functional call service and the selected telephone number of the called terminal, wherein the service providing apparatus provides the selected functional call service. [43] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a unified channel for various supplementary services in conjunction with a calling terminal and a called terminal via a mobile com¬ munication network, the apparatus comprising memory having a program stored therein; and a processor for executing the program in conjunction with the memory, wherein using the program, the processor receives a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal, sends a unified supplementary service screen including a supplementary service list to the calling terminal, receives a particular sup¬ plementary service request signal from the calling terminal, and provides the calling terminal and the called terminal with a supplementary service corresponding to the supplementary service request signal. [44] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a voice message call service in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX and a called terminal via a mobile com¬ munication network, the apparatus comprising memory having a program stored therein; and a processor for executing the program in conjunction with the memory; wherein using the program, the processor receives a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal, sends a unified supplementary service screen including a supplementary service list to the calling terminal, receives a voice message call service request signal from the calling terminal, terminates wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal sends a first call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the service providing apparatus if the wireless Internet connection is terminated, receives a call connection request signal corresponding to the first call setup request signal from the MSC/PCX, sends a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal, receives a voice message, which will be sent to the called terminal, from the calling terminal using a call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal and the second call setup response signal, terminates the call channel, sends an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the outbound call request signal and receives a second call setup response signal in response to the second call setup request signal, receives an outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the second call setup response signal, and sends a voice message to the calling terminal using a call path established with the called terminal in response to the second call setup response signal and the outbound call response signal. [45] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a voice message call service using a feature code in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, an HLR and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the apparatus comprising memory having a program stored therein; and a processor for executing the program in conjunction with the memory; wherein using the program, the processor receives a call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX, wherein the call connection request signal corresponds to a feature response signal(featurerequest) received from the HLR by MSC/PCX in response to a feature request signal(FeatureRequest) sent to the HLR from MSC/PCX, after the MSC/PCX receiving a specific feature code and an identifier of the called terminal from the calling terminal, sends a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call connection request signal, receives a voice message, which will be sent to the called terminal, from the calling terminal using a call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal, terminates the call channel, sends an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the outbound call request signal and receives a call setup response signal in response to the call setup request signal, receives an outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the call setup response signal, and sends a voice message to the calling terminal using a call path established with the called terminal in response to the call setup response signal and the outbound call response signal. [46] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a scheduled call service in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the apparatus comprising memory having a program stored therein; and a processor for executing the program in conjunction with the memory; wherein using the program, the processor receives a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal, sends a unified supplementary service screen including a supplementary service list to the calling terminal, receives a scheduled call service request signal and scheduled call information from the calling terminal, terminates wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal, sends a first outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to make a call to the calling terminal based on the scheduled call information, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a first call setup request signal to the calling terminal in response to the first outbound call request signal and receives a first call setup response signal in response to the first call setup request signal, receives a first outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the first call setup response signal, sends a second outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to make a call to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the second outbound call request signal and receives a second call setup response signal in response to the second call setup request signal, and receives a second outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX corresponding to the second call setup response signal, wherein the calling terminal and the called terminal perform communication using a call path formed in response to the first outbound call response signal and the second outbound call response signal. [47] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a scheduled call service in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the apparatus comprising memory having a program stored therein; and a processor for executing the program in conjunction with the memory; wherein using the program, the processor receives a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal, sends a unified supplementary service screen including a supplementary service list to the calling terminal, receives a scheduled call service request signal and scheduled call information from the calling terminal, terminates wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal, and transmits a short message to the calling terminal based on the scheduled call information, wherein the calling terminal makes a call to the called terminal using the short message. [48] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a voice memo call service in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX and a called terminal via a mobile com¬ munication network, the apparatus comprising memory having a program stored therein; and a processor for executing the program in conjunction with the memory; wherein using the program, the processor receives a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal, sends a unified supplementary service screen including a supplementary service list to the calling terminal, receives a voice memo call service request signal from the calling terminal, terminates wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal sends a first call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the service providing apparatus if the wireless Internet connection is terminated, receives a first call connection request signal corresponding to the first call setup request signal from the MSC/PCX, sends a first call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the first call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a first call setup response signal to the calling terminal in response to the first call connection response signal, receives a voice memo message from the calling terminal using a first call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the first call connection response signal and the first call setup response signal, terminates the first call channel, sends a short message indicating arrival of a voice memo to the called terminal, wherein the called terminal sends a second call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to gain call back access to the service providing apparatus based on the short message, receives a second call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the second call setup request signal, sends a second call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the second call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal, and sends a voice memo message to the called terminal using a second call channel established with the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal and the second call setup response signal. [49] In accordance with still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a service providing apparatus for providing a voice memo call service using a feature code in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, an HLR and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the apparatus comprising memory having a program stored therein; and a processor for executing the program in conjunction with the memory; wherein using the program, the processor receives a first call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX, wherein the first call connection request signal corresponds to a feature response signal(featurerequest) received from the HLR by MSC/PCX in response to a feature request signal (FeatureRequest) sent to the HLR from MSC/PCX, after the MSC/PCX receiving a specific feature code and an identifier of the called terminal from the calling terminal, sends a first call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the first call connection request signal, receives a voice message from the calling terminal using a first call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the first call connection response signal, terminates the first call channel, sends a short message indicating arrival of a voice memo to the called terminal, wherein the called terminal sends a call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to gain call back access to the service providing apparatus based on the short message, receives a second call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the call setup request signal, sends a second call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the second call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the called terminal in response to the call connection response signal, and sends a voice memo message to the called terminal using a second call channel established with the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal and the call setup response signal. Advantageous Effects [50] In accordance with the present invention, it is possible to gain access to unique personal pages and provide a variety of functional call services, using the telephone numbers of mobile terminals as personalized addresses. [51] In accordance with the present invention, a service providing apparatus can provide a unified screen for enabling a variety of functional calls to a called terminal via the wireless Internet when the telephone number and wireless Internet button of the called terminal are entered. [52] In accordance with the present invention, supplementary services, including voice- based services, such as a voice message call, a scheduled call, a voice memo call, a voice recording call, a BGMS, a sound effect call and a messenger call, a short message or a multimedia message, and e-mail can be provided using WINC. [53] In accordance with the present invention, a calling terminal directly accesses a service providing apparatus using a feature code and can be provided with voice-based functional call services such as a voice message call and a voice memo call. [54] In accordance with the present invention, a content type supplementary service, through which mobile phone content and a gift certificate can be delivered, and per¬ sonalized pages, such as personal voice greetings, a blog and a mini home page, can be accommodated as the menu of the present invention services. [55] In accordance with the present invention, a functional call service can be easily enabled by modifying a telephone directory menu and a received message box menu in a mobile phone terminal or adding a dedicated key (hot key) for a functional call to the terminal. [56] In accordance with the present invention, a communication service provider can easily inform customers of a new service by simply upgrading terminal software (adding a menu item, etc.) when the new service comes out, or adding a new service to a voice functional call service menu in the case of a wireless Internet access method. Furthermore, a subscriber can be provided with a path through which he or she can easily gain access not only to a new supplementary voice call service but also to a new data service. Accordingly, there is an effect in that a service provider can earn additional income due to subscriptions to the new service and the use of the new service. [57] Currently, the incomplete call ratio reaches almost 30% in a wireless com¬ munication network. However, when a supplementary functional call service is provided using a terminal (a telephone number/a message box menu or a dedicated key) or a wireless Internet key, a communication service provider can realize increased sales using various types of communication with respect to incomplete calls. Furthermore, a subscriber can immediately and easily deliver a call, a voice message or a voice memo to the called subscriber using a variety of methods (for example, a voice message call, a voice recording call and a voice memo call) without remembering the point of time at which the called subscriber is to receive an incomplete communication call. [58] In accordance with the present invention, there is an effect in that additional ad¬ vertising costs, which are consumed when each service is connected, and developing costs are not necessary in terms of the economic cost in such a way that one unified channel, such as "a telephone number +wireless Internet access key," is disposed at the front end, unlike a conventional service method using a specific service feature code or an additional prefix method. [59] In terms of customer communication, conventionally, the service feature code or the method of use vary between services. Thus, high costs are incurred and lots of dif¬ ficulties exist in advertising feature codes and letting customers to know about the methods of use. However, if all services requiring communication with a counterpart is configured according to the present invention, however, customers can immediately use the services without additional education. Furthermore, it is expected that mutual synergy among services can be realized. [77] Referring to Fig. 1, the apparatus of the present invention includes a calling terminal 101, a called terminal 103, a Mobile Switching Center (MSC)ZPersonal Com¬ munication eXchange (PCX) 105, a service providing apparatus 107, an MSC/PCX network 109, a Home Location Register (HLR) 111, a Billing System (BS) 113, a Customer Care system (CS) 115, a Short Message Service Center (SMSC) 117, a Number Portability DataBase (NPDB) 118 and an external IP server 119. [78] The calling terminal 101 and the called terminal 103 are terminals for mobile com¬ munication, and refer to terminals for performing voice and data communication in a Global System for Mobile communications (GSM)/Code-Division Multiple Access (CDMA) mobile communication network. They refer to terminals that a calling party and a called party use to perform voice and data communication with respect to the apparatus of the present invention. The MSC/PCX 105 refers to an exchange provided by a wireless communication network, and functions to route the call of a subscriber who originates a telephone call to the service providing apparatus 107 and establish a communication path. [79] The service providing apparatus 107 provides a unified channel menu screen to a subscriber over the wireless Internet. That is, when a subscriber presses a counterpart's telephone number plus a wireless Internet access button (e. g., a hot key such as a Magic-n, NATE or EZ-i key) using the calling terminal 101, the unified screen, through which various types of communication with the called terminal 103 can be performed over the wireless Internet, is displayed on the screen of the calling terminal 101. Furthermore, the service providing apparatus 107 performs call processing for supplementary voice services for a voice message call, a scheduled call, a voice recording call and a voice memo call while operating in conjunction with the MSC/ PCX 105 via El/Tl. Furthermore, the service providing apparatus 107 stores and manages data, such as subscriber information and voice message information. The service providing apparatus 107 also performs functions of SMS transmission, billing, subscriber registration/authentication, and subscriber number transfer processing while operating in conjunction with the SMSC 117, the BS 113, the CS 115 and the NPDB 118 that are possessed by a service provider, through a service provider's internal network. Furthermore, the service providing apparatus 107 converts the name (customer's name) or telephone number of a calling subscriber or called subscriber from text into speech when performing a voice message call, a scheduled call, a voice memo call, a voice recording call, etc., and then verbally informs the calling subscriber or called subscriber of the name when attempting or receiving a voice message call, a scheduled call, a voice memo call connection request signal, a voice recording call, etc. [80] The MSC/PCX network 109 includes a Signal Transfer Point (STP) 109. The STP functions to relay all the signals between the MSC/PCX 105, the HLR 111, the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus and an external IP server (external IP for BGMS and sound effect call service, etc.) in No. 7 signal form. [81] The SCP 119 functions to provide an existing supplementary service to a mobile communication subscriber, and includes a background music providing IP server and a sound effect providing IP server. [82] The Inter- Working Function (IWF) 121 functions to connect the subscriber of a mobile phone from a mobile communication network to the Internet. Through such Internet access, service sub¬ scription and service information checking can be performed. [83] Fig. 2 is a view showing the internal construction of the service providing apparatus according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. [84] Referring to Fig. 2, the service providing apparatus includes an Operation Admin¬ istration and Management Server (OA&M Server, OMS) 201, a Unified Com¬ munication System (UCS)-IP server 203, an Application Plus Server (APS) 205, a Text To Speech (TTS) server 207, a DataBase Server (DBS) 209, a Redundant Array of In¬ dependent Disks (RAID) System 211 and a Web/WAP Application Server (WWAS) 213. [85] The OMS 201 is a device capable of operating and managing the service providing apparatus of the present invention. [86] The UCS-IP server 203 performs a call processing function for supplementary voice service, on a voice message call, a scheduled call, a voice recording call, a voice memo call and the like, while operating in conjunction with the MSC/PCX of the mobile communication network via El/Tl. The UCS-IP server 203 includes an El/Tl voice processing device and an SS7 signal processing device. The El/Tl processing device is connected to the MSC/PCX via the physical El/Tl, and operates in conjunction with the MSC/PCX for voice and signals. The signal processing device processes a call processing signal, such as R2, PRI or SS7, that is received by the El/Tl processing device, and sends the call processing signal to the MSC/PCX through the El/Tl processing device. [87] The APS 205 performs functions of SMS transmission, billing, subscriber reg¬ istration/authentication, and subscriber number transfer processing while operating in conjunction with the SMSC, the BS, the CS and the NPDB system that are possessed by the service provider for this service. [88] The TTS server 207 functions to convert the name (customer's name) or telephone number of a calling subscriber or called subscriber from text into speech when performing a voice message call/a scheduled call/a voice memo call/a voice recording call, etc., and then verbally inform the calling subscriber or called subscriber of the name when attempting or receiving a voice message call/a scheduled call/a voice memo call/a voice recording call, etc. [89] The DBS 209 is a device for storing and managing data, such as subscriber in¬ formation and voice message information, that are used in the present apparatus. The RAID 211 is an apparatus for redundantly storing the same important data in various storage devices. When the RAID 211 is used, data Input/Output (I/O) can be balanced and overlapped, thereby improving the overall performance of the system. [90] The WWAS 213 provides a unified channel menu screen to the subscriber via the wired or wireless Internet. That is, when the subscriber inputs a counterpart's telephone number and presses a wireless Internet access button (for example, a hot key such as a Magic-n, NATE or EZ-i key), the subscriber is connected to the WWAS 213. The WWAS 213 shows the channel, through which various types of communication can be performed, to the subscriber. Upon access via the wired Internet, the WWAS 213 shows subscriber service content, a subscription screen, voice message content, directory management and service profiles for the apparatus of the present invention. [91] Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a procedure for providing a voice function com¬ munication service in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. [92] Referring to Fig. 3, a calling subscriber accesses the service providing apparatus of the present invention by pressing the telephone number of a called subscriber and a wireless Internet access button (for example, a Magic-n, NATE or EZ-i key) at step 301. This access procedure is performed over the wireless Internet network of the mobile service provider using WINC. The term "WINC" refers to a method of searching for Internet sites using a method of inputting numbers corresponding to the English characters of a mobile terminal keyboard, instead of the actual English characters. [93] The service providing apparatus outputs a wireless Internet page, through which a functional call with the called subscriber can be made, to the calling subscriber at step 303. The wireless Internet page includes a menu for a supplementary voice service, through which the calling subscriber can make a functional call. At this time, each item of the menu for the supplementary voice service contains a telephone number, through which a call can be made to the service providing apparatus, in WML or ME code form. For example, a background music menu item contains a Tel Tag corresponding to *79+<a called number>. [94] The calling subscriber selects a desired functional call service from the sup¬ plementary voice service menu at step 305. The wireless Internet connection between the service providing apparatus and the calling subscriber is automatically released at step 307. The calling subscriber attempts a voice call connection using a telephone number contained in the selected functional call service at step 309. At this time, in the case where a corresponding service is a supplementary voice service (for example, a voice message call, a scheduled call, a voice recording call or a voice memo call) provided by the service providing apparatus, the call is routed to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus. In the case where the corresponding service is a sup¬ plementary voice service (for example, a background music call or a sound effect call) provided by another system, the call is routed to an external IP server (a background music or sound effect service providing server), that is being used. [95] Fig. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of the screen of a supplementary service menu provided in the service providing apparatus when a calling terminal accesses the apparatus using WINC, and a diagram illustrating respective supplementary services according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. [96] Referring to Fig. 4, a calling subscriber accesses the service providing apparatus of the present invention by pressing the telephone number and wireless Internet access button (for example, a Magic-n, NATE or EZ-i key) of the called terminal. A wireless Internet initial screen 401 can be used as the personalized page of the called terminal. The wireless Internet initial screen 401 includes a variety of supplementary service menu items and can directly deliver various types of voice calls, messages, etc. to the called terminal. The wireless Internet access button is an additional key for data access and refers to an access key using WINC. The menu of the initial screen 401 includes a voice function communication service 410, a personalized page service 420, a com¬ munication type supplementary service 430 and a content type supplementary service 440. [97] The voice function communication service 410 includes new voice communication services, such as a voice message call service 411, a scheduled call service 412, a voice recording call service 413 and a voice memo call service 416, and existing sup¬ plementary voice services, such as a BGMS service 414 and a sound effect call service 415. [98] The personalized page service 420 refers to a service 421 that shows personalized pages, such as the greetings, blog or mini-home page of the user of the called terminal. [99] The communication type supplementary service 430 refers to communication services, such as a short message service 431, a multimedia message service, and e- mail 435, other than a telephone call. [100] The content type supplementary service 440 refers to a gift giving service 441 such as replacement ring-back tone music, a bell sound, karaoke and a gift certificate. [101] Furthermore, the vertical and horizontal movement between personalized menu items is possible, such as an example in which the menu can be included in the menu configuration of the initial screen 401 or a mini-home page. If a calling subscriber selects one item from the wireless Internet WINC menu, a function of carrying out voice communication or delivering a message to a subscriber is immediately performed. [102] Fig. 5 is a signal flowchart illustrating a procedure for providing a voice message call service in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. [103] Referring to Fig. 5, the calling terminal receives the input of the telephone number and wireless Internet access button (for example, a Magic-n, NATE or EZ-i key) of the called terminal from a user, and accesses the WWAS of the service providing apparatus using WINC at step 501. The WWAS outputs a wireless Internet page, through which a functional call with the called terminal is made possible, to the calling terminal at step 503. The calling terminal receives a number corresponding to the menu so as to perform a voice message call function and sends a voice message call service request signal to the WWAS at step 505. For the voice message call service, a voice message must be received. Accordingly, current access to the wireless Internet is terminated at step 507. [104] The calling terminal sends a call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection with the service providing apparatus so as to leave the voice message of the voice message call at step 509. At this time, the call connection number used to set up the call to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus is present in the calling terminal through the medium of a WML or ME page output from the WWAS. The MSC/PCX sends the call setup request signal to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus at step 511. The UCS-IP server sends a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call setup request signal at step 513. The MSC/PCX sends a call setup response signal to the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal, thus establishing a call path between the calling terminal and the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus at step 515. The UCS-IP server sends a voice message call guide message to the calling terminal using the call path at step 517. As an example of the voice message call guide message, a calling customer may listen to the voice guidance comment "This is voice message call service. Please start recording after the "beep" sound, and press * or # after recording. Beep." The calling terminal sends a voice message, which will be delivered to the called terminal, to the UCS-IP server and receives the input of a # (or *) key from a user at step 519. At this time, the UCS-IP server can send a guide message (for example, "We will send a message. Thank you for using the service") to the calling terminal after recording. [105] The UCS-IP server sends voice message call information (the telephone number of the calling terminal, the telephone number of the called terminal, time information, etc.), which was left by the calling subscriber, and the voice message to the APS at step 521. [107] The APS of the service providing apparatus internally schedules the voice message call service and fetches data, which will be delivered, from the DBS, so as to send data, which are stored by the calling subscriber, to the called subscriber at step 533. At this time, dialing-out is performed immediately after the calling terminal has left the voice message. If the called terminal does not answer a call, an attempt has to be made again, so that it is necessary to internally calculate an outbound call, a time, etc. [108] The APS sends an outbound voice message call request signal to the UCS-IP server at step 535. The UCS-IP server attempts an outbound call to the MSC/PCX connected through El or Tl at step 537. The MSC/PCX sends a call setup request signal to the called terminal at step 539, and then receives a call setup response signal cor¬ responding thereto at step 541. The MSC/PCX sends an outbound call response signal to the UCS-IP server in response to the call setup response signal at step 543, so that a call path is established between the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus and the called terminal. [109] The UCS-IP server fetches the voice message, which was left by the calling subscriber and stored in the DBS, and sends the fetched voice message to the called terminal using the call path at step 545. The UCS-IP server plays all of the voice message and sends a call release request signal to the MSC/PCX at step 547. The MSC/PCX delivers the call release request signal to the called terminal at step 549, so that the call path between the service providing apparatus and the called terminal is terminated. At this time, in the case where a called customer wants to make a response to a voice message call without terminating a call after listening to the voice message call received from a calling party, a voice message call response can be verbally delivered to the calling party. In this case, the response voice message call can be delivered to the calling terminal through the processes of steps 521 to 545, and the called terminal corresponds to the calling terminal. [110] The UCS-IP server sends information (a message) indicating that the called terminal has received and listened to the voice message call, which was sent by the calling terminal, to the APS at step 551. The APS sends a short message stating "[The voice message call] has been completely sent to [the called party's telephone number or name]", to the SMSC at step 553. The SMSC sends the short message to the calling terminal at step 555. [Ill] Fig. 6 is a signal flowchart illustrating a procedure for providing a scheduled call service in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. [112] Referring to Fig. 6, steps 601 to 613 indicate a scheduled call registration procedure, and steps 615 to 643 indicate a scheduled call processing process through an outbound call using schedule information set by the calling terminal. The calling terminal first receives the input of a wireless Internet access button (for example, a Magic-n, NATE or EZ-i key) of the called terminal from a user, and accesses the WWAS of the service providing apparatus at step 601. The WWAS sends a wireless Internet main page, through which a functional call can be made with the called terminal, to the calling terminal and the calling terminal displays the wireless Internet main page on the display unit at step 603. [113] The calling terminal receives the input of a corresponding number from a user so as to perform a scheduled call function in the wireless Internet main page and sends a scheduled call request signal to the WWAS at step 605. The WWAS provides the calling terminal with a screen through which a reservation date, a time zone, etc. can be input so as to register the scheduled call at step 607. The WWAS may provide a menu, such as a date and time (10 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour later) for setting the scheduled call, or a time input window for user entry, a called customer's name window, and the like. For the telephone number of the called party for the scheduled call, the called party's number, which was input at step 601, can be used, so that it is not necessary to provide an additional input window. The calling terminal receives schedule information, such as the date and the time zone, on and in which scheduled communication will be made, and a called customer's name, from a user and sends it to the WWAS at step 609. The WWAS sends the schedule information to the DBS and the DBS stores it at step 611. The wireless Internet connection between the calling terminal and the service providing apparatus is then terminated at step 613. [114] The APS of the service providing apparatus schedules the scheduled call so as to process the scheduled call at step 615. The APS fetches the schedule information stored in the DBS at step 617. The APS sends a scheduled call request signal including a called number and a calling number corresponding to the scheduled call to the UCS- IP server at step 619. [115] The UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus sends an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX at step 621. In this case, the outbound call request signal corresponds to a call connection request signal that is sent from the UCS-IP server to the MSC/PCX so as for the calling terminal to dial the UCS-IP server. The MSC/PCX sends a call setup request signal to the calling terminal in response to the outbound call request signal at step 623, and receives a call setup response signal cor¬ responding thereto at step 625. The MSC/PCX sends an outbound call response signal to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus in response to the call setup response signal at step 627. In this case, the outbound call response signal is a response to the outbound call request signal and corresponds to a call connection response signal. [116] The UCS-IP server sends the name (text) of the called subscriber to the TTS server, which in turn converts the text to speech at step 629. The UCS-IP server sends schedule information about a call which will be made to the called terminal, for example, a scheduled call guide message, to the calling terminal at step 631. In this case, an example of the scheduled call guide message may be "We will make a call to "Hong Gil-Dong". Please press No. 1 for connection, No. 2 for cancellation and No. 3 for retrial after [x] minutes." If the calling subscriber selects and inputs a specific number in compliance with the scheduled call guide message, the calling terminal sends a DTMF signal to the UCS-IP server at step 633. If the DTMF signal corresponds to a scheduled call connection signal, the UCS-IP server sends an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to make a call to the called terminal at step 635. The MSC/PCX sends a call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the outbound call request signal at step 637, and receives a call setup response signal from the called terminal corresponding thereto at step 639. The MSC/PCX sends an outbound call response signal to the UCS-IP server in response to the call setup response signal at step 641. [117] Through the above-described procedure, a call path is established between the calling terminal and the called terminal and voice communication is performed between the calling subscriber and the called subscriber at step 643. After the termination of the communication, a voice call that is being made is terminated and the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus sends a use record to the BS and, therefore, the BS can process billing for the scheduled call. [118] Fig. 7 is a signal flowchart illustrating a procedure for providing a scheduled call service in accordance with another preferred embodiment of the present invention. [119] Referring to Fig. 7, steps 701 to 713 indicate a scheduled call registration procedure and steps 715 to 731 indicate a scheduled call processing process through an outbound call using schedule information set by the calling terminal. The calling terminal first receives the input of the wireless Internet access button (for example, a Magic-n, NATE or EZ-i key) of the called terminal from a user and accesses the WWAS of the service providing apparatus at step 701. The WWAS sends a wireless Internet main page, through which a functional call to the called terminal can be made, to the calling terminal and the calling terminal displays the wireless Internet main page on the display unit at step 703. The calling terminal receives a corresponding number from a user so as to perform a scheduled call function in the wireless Internet main page and sends a scheduled call request signal to the WWAS at step 705. The WWAS provides the calling terminal with a screen through which scheduled date, time zone, etc. can be input so as to register the scheduled call at step 707. The WWAS can provide a menu, such as a date and a time (10 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour later) for setting the scheduled call or a time input window for user entry, a called customer's name window, and the like. For the telephone number of the called party for the scheduled call, the called party's number, which was input at step 701, can be used, so that it is not necessary to provide an additional input window. The calling terminal receives schedule information, such as a date and a time zone, on and in which scheduled com¬ munication will be made, and a called customer's name, from a user, and sends it to the WWAS at step 709. The WWAS sends the schedule information to the DBS and the DBS stores it at step 711. The wireless Internet connection between the calling terminal and the service providing apparatus is then terminated at step 713. [120] The APS of the service providing apparatus schedules the scheduled call so as to process the scheduled call at step 715. The APS fetches the schedule information stored in the DBS at step 717. The APS sends an SMS (a short message) to the SMSC so as to inform the calling subscriber of information about the scheduled call at step 719. The SMSC delivers the short message to the calling terminal at step 721. In this case, the short message includes the identifier (a telephone number) of the called terminal for callback access to the called terminal. The calling terminal sends a callback access request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to make a call to the called terminal using the short message at step 723. The MSC/PCX sends a call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the callback access request signal at step 725 and receives a call setup response signal corresponding thereto at step 727. The MSC/PCX sends a callback access response signal to the calling terminal in response to the call setup response signal at step 729. Through the above-described procedure, voice communication is performed between the called subscriber and the calling subscriber using a call path established between the calling terminal and the called terminal at step 731. [121] Fig. 8 is a signal flowchart illustrating a procedure for providing a voice memo call service in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. [122] Referring to Fig. 8, the calling terminal receives the input of the wireless Internet access button (for example, a Magic-n, NATE or EZ-i key) of the called terminal from a user, and accesses the WWAS of the service providing apparatus at step 801. The WWAS sends a wireless Internet page, through which a functional call to the called terminal can be made, to the calling terminal. The calling terminal displays the wireless Internet page on the display unit at step 803. In this case, the wireless Internet page includes a supplementary service menu through which a functional call to the called terminal can be made. [123] The calling terminal receives a number corresponding to voice memo call service from a user so as to use the voice memo call service, and then sends a voice memo call service request signal to the WWAS at step 805. Since for the voice memo call service, a voice message must be received from the calling terminal, the current wireless Internet connection is terminated at step 807. [124] The calling terminal sends a call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus so as to leave the voice message of the voice memo call at step 809. At this time, the number of a call connection to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus is included in a WML or ME page output from the WWAS. The MSC/PCX sends a call connection request signal to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus in response to the call setup request signal at step 811. The UCS-IP server sends a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call connection request signal at step 813. The MSC/PCX sends a call setup response signal to the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal, so that a call path is established between the calling terminal and the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus at step 815. The UCS-IP server sends a voice memo call guide message to the calling terminal using the call path at step 817. An example of the voice memo call guide message may be "This is a voice memo call service. Please start recording after the "beep" sound, and press * or # after recording. Beep." The calling terminal sends a voice message, which will be delivered to the called terminal, to the UCS-IP server and receives the input of the # (or *) key from a user at step 819. At this time, the UCS-IP server may send a guide message, such as "We will send a voice memo. Thank you for using the service," to the calling terminal after recording. The SMSC sends the short message to the called terminal at step 837. The called terminal sends a call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to gain access to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus using callback URL information included in the short message at step 839. The MSC/PCX sends a call connection request signal to the UCS-IP server in response to the call setup request signal at step 841, and receives a call connection response signal corresponding thereto at step 843. The MSC/PCX sends a call setup response signal to the called terminal in response to the call connection response signal at step 845. The UCS-IP server fetches the voice memo message stored in the DBS, and sends it to the called terminal using the call path es¬ tablished between the UCS-IP server and the called terminal through steps 839 to 845, at step 847. [128] The UCS-IP server sends the voice memo message and then sends a call release request signal to the MSC/PCX at step 849. The MSC/PCX sends the call release request signal to the called terminal at step 851, so that the call path between the service providing apparatus and the called terminal is released. At this time, in the case where the called terminal makes a response without terminating the call after listening to the voice memo message received from the calling terminal, the memo call response may be verbally delivered to a calling party. [129] The UCS-IP server sends information (a voice memo call completion notification message) indicating that the called terminal has received the voice memo message, to the APS at step 853. That is, Fig. 9 is a view illustrating, in detail, the procedure in which the calling terminal accesses the WWAS of the service providing apparatus, selects a corresponding functional call service, releases the connection to the WWAS, and accesses the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus so as to leave a voice message, which are described in Figs. 5 to 8. [131] Referring to Fig. 9, if a user selects a corresponding menu (for example, a voice memo call) in a wireless Internet page provided by the WWAS of the service providing apparatus, the calling terminal sends a call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX using a callback number included in the menu at step 901. In this case, the callback number is a representative ARS number (for example, 016-200-1234) for gaining access to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus. [132] The MSC/PCX sends a location information request signal (LOCREQ: LOCation REQuest) to the HLR so as to know an incoming-side location at step 903. The HLR becomes aware of the incoming-side location and sends a location information response signal (locreq) to the MSC/PCX at step 905. In this case, the location in¬ formation response signal includes address information for routing to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus. [133] The MSC/PCX sends a call initialization message (IAM: Initial Address Message) to the UCS-IP server based on the location information response signal at step 907. The UCS-IP server sends an initialization completion message (ACM: Address Complete Message) and a response message (ANM: ANswer Message) to the MSC/ PCX in response to the call initialization message at steps 909 and 911. In this case, the call initialization message and the initialization completion message are signals for es¬ tablishing a call path between the MSC/PCX and the UCS-IP server, and correspond to a call connection request signal and a call connection response signal, respectively. [134] Thereafter, the UCS-IP server sends a service information request signal to the DBS so as to obtain service information necessary to provide a supplementary service, which is selected by the user of the calling terminal, on the basis of a calling-side identifier and a called-side identifier included in the call initialization message at step 913. The DBS sends a service information response signal to the UCS-IP server at step 915. [135] In the case where a representative ARS number (for example, 016-200-1234) is employed, there is no method of delivering a called subscriber number to the UCS-IP server through the MSC/PCX. Accordingly, the calling subscriber selects a cor¬ responding service over the wireless Internet, and the service providing apparatus then previously stores information corresponding to a called terminal number, a calling terminal number and the service in the DBS. [136] Fig. 10 is a signal flowchart illustrating a procedure for routing a call from a calling terminal to a service providing apparatus using a feature code in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. That is, Fig. 10 is a view illustrating, in detail, the procedure in which the calling terminal accesses the WWAS of the service providing apparatus, selects a corresponding functional call service, releases a connection to the WWAS, and accesses the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus to leave a voice message, which is shown in Figs. 5 to 8. [137] Referring to Fig. 10, if the calling subscriber selects a corresponding menu (for example, a voice message call) from a wireless Internet page, the calling terminal sends a Setup message including a feature code and the identifier of the called terminal (for example, * 12+016-777-7777) to the MSC/PCX using a callback number at step 1001. [138] The MSC/PCX confirms that the first digit of the received number is the feature code and sends a feature request signal (FeatureRequest) to the HLR of the calling subscriber at step 1003. In this case, the feature request signal is a signal to request routing address information corresponding to the feature code. The HLR confirms the presence of the service feature of the calling subscriber, and then sends routing address information corresponding to a corresponding feature code, that is, a routing address of the UCS-IP server, while loading the routing address information into a feature response signal (featurerequest) at step 1005. [139] The MSC/PCX sends an IAM to the UCS-IP server in response to the feature response signal at step 1007. At this time, the identifier of the called terminal (a telephone number) and the identifier of the calling terminal (a telephone number) are included in the IAM. The UCS-IP server sends an ACM and an ANM to the MSC/ PCX in response to the IAM at steps 1009 and 1011. Thereafter, the calling terminal of the UCS-IP server activates a selected functional call service (for example, a voice message call). [140] In this case, the calling terminal does not gain wireless Internet access to the WWAS of the service providing apparatus, but can directly gain access to the UCS-IP server of the service providing apparatus by inputting a feature code and the number of the called terminal corresponding to a corresponding functional call service. At this time, the procedure in which the calling terminal makes a functional call to the called terminal is the same as that performed after the calling terminal accesses the UCS-IP server, as shown in Figs. 5 to 8. [141] Fig. 11 is a signal flowchart illustrating a procedure for routing a call from a calling terminal to an external IP server using a feature code in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. That is, Fig. 11 is a view illustrating, in detail, the procedure in which the calling terminal accesses the WWAS of the service providing apparatus, selects a corresponding supplementary service, releases a connection to the WWAS, and accesses an external IP server (for example, a sound effect server or a background music server), which is shown in Figs. 5 to 8. [142] Referring to Fig. 11, if the calling subscriber selects a corresponding menu item (for example, a BGMS) from a wireless Internet page, the calling terminal sends a setup message, including a feature code and the number of the called terminal (for example, *79+016-777-7777), to the MSC/PCX using the Tel Tag of the corresponding service (for example, BGMS) of the wireless Internet page at step 1101. [143] The MSC/PCX confirms that the first digit of the received number is the feature code and sends a feature request signal (FeatureRequest) to the HLR of the calling subscriber at step 1103. In this case, the feature request signal is a signal to request routing address information corresponding to the feature code. The HLR confirms Service Feature of the calling subscriber, and then sends routing address information corresponding to a corresponding feature code, that is, a routing address of the background music IP server while loading the routing address information into a feature response signal (featurerequest) at step 1105. [144] The MSC/PCX sends an IAM to the background music IP server in response to the feature response signal at step 1107. At this time, the identifier of the called terminal (a telephone number) and the identifier of the calling terminal (a telephone number) are included in the IAM. The background music-IP server sends an ACM and an ANM to the MSC/PCX in response to the IAM at steps 1109 and 1111. Thereafter, the background music IP server confirms the number of the called terminal and activates the background music service. [145] Fig. 12 is a view illustrating a method of providing a functional call service by modifying the telephone directory menu of a calling terminal in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. [146] Referring to Fig. 12, by adding a service menu according to the present invention to the telephone directory menu item of the calling terminal so as to directly gain access to the service providing apparatus, it is possible to directly attempt a call to the MSC/ PCX without the need to gain access to the menu of the wireless Internet. When in the telephone directory of the mobile phone terminal, a predetermined number or name is selected from a telephone directory screen 1201 through "search by name", " search by number", "search by shortcut number", "search by voice", "search by group", "search by time", etc. and a menu button is then pressed, the terminal displays a modified menu screen 1203 on its display unit. In the modified menu screen 1203, "1. Modify", "2. Delete", "3. Multi-mail transmission" and "4. E-mail transmission" are exiting menu items, and "5. Voice message call", "6. Recording call", "7. Voice memo call", "8. Background sound call" and "9. Sound effect call" are newly added menu items. If the "Voice message call" menu item is selected from the modified menu screen 1203 of the telephone directory of the calling terminal, the terminal adds a feature code cor¬ responding to a voice message call before the recipient's telephone number of the telephone directory. That is, if the "voice message call" menu item is selected, the mobile phone terminal attempts a call by sending a voice message call feature code (for example, * or #66) + the telephone number of the called terminal to the MSC/ PCX. [147] Fig. 13 is a view illustrating a method of providing a functional call service by modifying the message box menu of a calling terminal in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. [148] Referring to Fig. 13, it is possible to directly attempt a call to the MSC/PCX by adding service menu items according to the present invention to the message box menu of the calling terminal so as to directly gain access to the service providing apparatus. [149] If a menu button is pressed on the message receive box screen 1301 of the calling terminal, the calling terminal displays a modified menu screen 1303 on its display unit. In the modified menu screen 1303, "1. response", "2. Resend", "3. Delete" and "4. Store telephone number" are existing menu items, and "5. Voice message call", "6. Recording call", "7. Voice memo call", "8. Background sound call" and "9. Sound effect call" are newly added menu items. If the "Voice message call" menu is selected on the modified menu screen 1303, the calling terminal adds a feature code cor¬ responding to a voice message call before the telephone number of the called terminal, which is included in a short message. That is, if the "voice message call" menu item is selected, the mobile phone terminal attempts a call by sending a voice message call feature code (for example, * or #66) + the telephone number of the called terminal to the MSC/PCX. [150] Fig. 14 is a view illustrating a method of providing a functional call service using the dedicated key of a calling terminal in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. [151] Referring to Fig. 14, a calling subscriber can directly attempt a call to the MSC/ PCX without the need to gain access to the menu of the wireless Internet in such a way that the dedicated key (hot key) is newly added to the calling terminal, the telephone number of the called subscriber is input and the dedicated key is pressed. This method is a method of adding dedicated keys for functional calls (a voice message call, a voice recording call, a voice memo call, a BGMS, a sound effect call, and the like) to the calling terminal. If a dedicated key button is pressed after the telephone number of a called terminal has been input (1401), the calling terminal displays a menu screen 1403 for the functional calls on a display unit. If "the voice message call" is selected on the menu screen 1403, the calling terminal adds a feature code corresponding to a voice message call before the telephone number of the called terminal. That is, when the voice message call menu item is selected, the mobile phone terminal attempts a call by sending a voice message call feature code (for example, * or #66)+the telephone number of the called terminal to the MSC/PCX. [152] Fig. 15 is a view illustrating an example of a unified communication service menu screen provided when one's own number and a wireless Internet access button are pressed on a mobile terminal, and a view illustrating the example, in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. [153] Referring to Fig. 15, in the case where the number of a calling terminal and a wireless Internet access button are entered on the calling terminal, the service providing apparatus provides the calling terminal with a service menu screen 1501 for managing a main box. The service menu screen includes a voice message call menu item 1503, a scheduled call menu item 1505, a voice recording call menu item 1507 and a voice memo call menu item 1509. [154] The voice message call menu item 1503 is a menu item for managing voice message call messages (sent messages) sent by a calling subscriber, voice message call messages (received messages) received from other users, and the like. The calling subscriber can select a corresponding message from a list of voice message call messages, which have been sent to other users, and can listen to the selected message again or delete the selected message. Furthermore, the calling subscriber can select a corresponding message from a list of voice message call messages, which have been received from other users, and can listen to the selected message or delete the selected message. [155] The scheduled call menu item 1505 is a menu item in which a calling subscriber can newly apply for a scheduled call or manage his or her scheduled call. [156] The voice recording call menu item 1507 is a menu item that is used to confirm a list of voice messages recorded during calls, and modify and cancel the voice message of a corresponding voice recording call. [157] The voice memo call menu item 1509 is a menu item that is used to manage voice memo messages sent by a calling subscriber and voice memo messages received from other users. The calling subscriber can select a voice memo message from a cor¬ responding list of messages, which have been sent to other users, and can listen to a voice memo message again and delete a voice memo message. Furthermore, the calling subscriber can select a voice memo message from a corresponding list of messages, which have been received from other users, and can listen to a voice memo message again and delete a voice memo message. [158] It is must be appreciated that the present invention is not limited to the above- described embodiments, and many modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

Claims [1] A method of providing a unified channel for various supplementary services in a service providing apparatus coupled to a calling terminal and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by input of a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button from the calling terminal; sending a unified supplementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; receiving a particular supplementary service request signal from the calling terminal; and providing the calling terminal and the called terminal with a supplementary service corresponding to the supplementary service request signal. [2] The method according to claim 1, wherein the supplementary service includes at least one of a voice function communication service, a personalized page service, a communication type service and a content type service. [3] The method according to claim 2, wherein the voice function communication service is at least one of a voice message call service, a scheduled call service, a voice recording call service, a background music call service, a sound effect call service and a voice memo call service. [4] The method according to claim 2, wherein the personalized page service is a service that shows at least one of a blog and a mini-home page. [5] The method according to claim 2, wherein the communication type service is at least one of a SMS(short message service) and an e-mail sending service. [6] The method according to claim 2, wherein the content type service is a service that presents at least one of a ringback tone replacement sound, a bell sound, karaoke and a gift certificate. [7] A method of providing a voice message call service in a service providing apparatus coupled to a calling terminal, a Mobile Switching Center (MSCyPersonal Communication eXchange (PCX) and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a wireless Internet access request signal from the calling terminal, wherein the wireless Internet access request signal is generated by pressing a telephone number of the called terminal and a wireless Internet access button in the calling terminal; sending a unified supplementary service screen, including a supplementary service list, to the calling terminal; receiving a voice message call service request signal from the calling terminal; terminating the wireless Internet connection with the calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal sends a first call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection with the service providing apparatus when the connection to the wireless Internet is terminated; receiving a call connection request signal corresponding to the first call setup request signal from the MSC/PCX; sending a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal; receiving a voice message, which will be sent to the called terminal, from the calling terminal using a call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal and the second call setup response signal; releasing the call channel; sending an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the outbound call request signal and receives a second call setup response signal in response to the second call setup request signal; receiving an outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the second call setup response signal; and sending a voice message to the calling terminal using a call path established with the called terminal in response to the second call setup response signal and the outbound call response signal. [8] The method according to claim 7, further comprising the step of receiving a response message from the called terminal, wherein the service providing apparatus sends the response message as a response voice message call to the calling terminal. [9] The method according to claim 7, further comprising the step of sending a voice message call guide message to the calling terminal. [10] The method according to claim 7, further comprising the step of sending a voice message call completion notification message to the calling terminal in a short message form. [11] The method according to claim 7, wherein the calling terminal sends the first call setup request signal using a connection number of the service providing apparatus, which is included in a WML or wireless Internet browser page output from the service providing apparatus, if the wireless Internet connection with the service providing apparatus is terminated. [12] The method according to claim 11, wherein the connection number is at least one of a representative ARS number and a feature code number. [13] The method according to claim 7, wherein the service providing apparatus includes an Operation Administration and Management Server (OA&M Server, OMS), a Unified Communication System (UCS)-IP server, an Application Plus Server (APS), a Text To Speech (TTS) server, a DataBase Server (DBS) and a Web/WAP Application Server (WWAS). [14] The method according to claim 13, wherein the unified supplementary service screen is provided to the calling terminal by the WWAS. [15] The method according to claim 13, wherein the UCS-IP server processes a voice call between the calling terminal and the called terminal. [16] The method according to claim 13, wherein the APS performs a short message sending function, a billing function and a subscriber registration and au¬ thentication function. [17] The method according to claim 13, wherein the voice message is stored in the DBS. [18] A method of providing a voice message call service in a service providing apparatus, which is coupled to a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, a Home Location Register (HLR) and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, using a feature code, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX, wherein the call connection request signal corresponds to a feature response signal (featurerequest) received from the HLR by MSC/PCX in response to a feature request signal (FeatureRequest) sent to the HLR from MSC/PCX, after the MSC/ PCX receiving a specific feature code and an identifier of the called terminal from the calling terminal; sending a call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the call connection request signal; receiving a voice message, which will be sent to the called terminal, from the calling terminal using a call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the call connection response signal; releasing the call channel; sending an outbound call request signal to the MSC/PCX for a call connection to the called terminal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a call setup request signal to the called terminal in response to the outbound call request signal and receives a call setup response signal in response to the call setup request signal; receiving an outbound call response signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the call setup response signal; and sending a voice message to the calling terminal using a call path established with the called terminal in response to the call setup response signal and the outbound call response signal. [31] A method of providing a voice memo call service in a service providing apparatus coupled to a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, an HLR and a called terminal using a feature code via a mobile communication network, the method comprising the steps of: receiving first call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX, wherein the first call connection request signal corresponds to a feature response signal (featurerequest) received from the HLR by MSC/PCX in response to a feature request signal (FeatureRequest) sent to the HLR from MSC/PCX, after the MSC/ PCX receiving a specific feature code and an identifier of the called terminal from the calling terminal; sending a first call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the first call connection request signal; receiving a voice message from the calling terminal using a first call channel es¬ tablished with the calling terminal according to the first call connection response signal; terminating the first call channel; sending a short message indicating arrival of a voice memo to the called terminal, wherein the called terminal sends a call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to gain call back access to the service providing apparatus based on the short message; receiving a second call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the call setup request signal; sending a second call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the second call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the called terminal in response to the call connection response signal; and sending a voice memo message to the called terminal using a second call channel established with the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal and the call setup response signal. [32] The method according to claim 31, wherein the feature code and an identifier of the called terminal are sent to the MSC/PCX by selecting a voice memo call from any one of a telephone directory menu and message box menu of the called terminal. [33] A method of providing a telephone directory menu for a functional call service in a calling terminal including a display unit and a key input unit, the method comprising the steps of: receiving at least one key input for displaying a telephone directory list from the key input unit; displaying the telephone number list on the display unit; selecting a specific telephone number from the telephone number list and receiving an input of a menu button from the key input unit; displaying a functional call service list on the display unit; selecting a specific functional call service from the functional call service list and receiving at least one key input; and making a call to the service providing apparatus using a feature code cor¬ responding to the selected functional call service and a telephone number cor¬ responding to the selected specific telephone number list, wherein the service providing apparatus provides the selected functional call service. [53] A service providing apparatus for providing a voice memo call service using a feature code in conjunction with a calling terminal, an MSC/PCX, an HLR and a called terminal via a mobile communication network, the apparatus comprising: memory having a program stored therein; and a processor for executing the program in conjunction with the memory; wherein using the program, the processor receives a first call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX, wherein the first call connection request signal corresponds to a feature response signal(featurerequest) received from the HLR by MSC/PCX in response to a feature request signal (FeatureRequest) sent to the HLR from MSC/PCX, after the MSC/PCX receiving a specific feature code and an identifier of the called terminal from the calling terminal, sends a first call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the first call connection request signal, receives a voice message from the calling terminal using a first call channel established with the calling terminal in response to the first call connection response signal, terminates the first call channel, sends a short message indicating arrival of a voice memo to the called terminal, wherein the called terminal sends a call setup request signal to the MSC/PCX so as to gain call back access to the service providing apparatus based on the short message, receives a second call connection request signal from the MSC/PCX in response to the call setup request signal, sends a second call connection response signal to the MSC/PCX in response to the second call connection request signal, wherein the MSC/PCX sends a second call setup response signal to the called terminal in response to the call connection response signal, and sends a voice memo message to the called terminal using a second call channel established with the called terminal in response to the second call connection response signal and the call setup response signal.
