Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'administration de médicament multicouche comprenant au moins une couche de gomme et au moins une couche de comprimé à dissolution rapide. La couche de comprimé contient une dose thérapeutiquement efficace d'un médicament et peut se rompre par un processus de mastication qui entraîne la libération du médicament. Cette invention peut notamment servir de système d'administration pour des agents d'hygiène buccale, des substances pharmaceutiques, et des suppléments nutritifs et diététiques. Parmi les systèmes d'administration utiles figurent les systèmes d'administration de nicotine, ainsi que les systèmes d'administration de médicaments contre la toux, les allergies et/ou les troubles sinusiens.
