Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de remplissage d'un produit contenant des parties solides dans des contenants, notamment dans des emballages en carton/plastique. Ledit dispositif comporte une conduite d'amenée (1) destinée à l'amenée du produit, une pluralité de chambres de dosage (2) pouvant coulisser horizontalement de manière à s'aligner alternativement avec la ligne d'amenée et le contenant à remplir respectivement, et un piston verticalement mobile destiné à expulser le produit hors de la chambre de dosage (2). Pour permettre un remplissage efficace de produits fragiles, avec minimisation de l'endommagement voire de la destruction du produit ou de parties du produit, et donc réduire les moyens d'entretien et les temps d'arrêt du dispositif selon l'invention, la partie terminale de la conduite d'amenée (1) comporte au moins une fourche poussoir (4, 4') pouvant coulisser essentiellement horizontalement et la base (6) de la chambre de dosage (2) peut être levée et abaissée.
