Abstract

The present invention refers to a modular container for liquids, which is approximately bottle shaped or cylindrical, consisting of two, three or four modules which are interlockable on their lateral walls by male-female connecting elements.

Modular container consisting of two, three or four interlockable elements
The present Patent of Invention request refers to a new inventive concept in the sector of packings to the bottling of liquids. The innovation consists in the fact that the packings are formed by 2, 3 and 4 independent modules (bipartite, tripartite and quadripartite). The modules will be Assembly, between themselves, through "male and female" fittings of the slippery type, illustrated in the drawings, or of the "concave / convex" type, detailed only in the drawings 90 and 91. The connection of the modules can reproduce the design of the packings already existent, allowing the adaptation of the industrial drawing, without losing the characterization of the products already known. Innovative formats can also be produced, like illustrated in the drawings from 69 to 77. In their current state, the bottles are simple packings individualized for each kind of product to be bottle in them. The new inventive concept of this request proposes the enlargement of the use, mainly in two great industrial segments, to know:
1 - In the cosmetic area, creating compact packings (proper for transportation in bags or luggages), containing small quantities of the different products wanted by the consumer. - As modules, they will be sold separately, and the consumers will set up the packing to their own taste.
2 - In the soft drinks area and congenerous, generating two great potential advertising attractions, which certainly will help the sale of the products less consumed, associating them to the most consumed of the same producer. - Attraction "A" -
As the same case of the cosmetics, the sale of the separate modules will motivate the consumer to set up the multicolor packing to his own taste.
- Attraction "B" -
Creation of new flavors, due to the fact that the exits of the Assembly modules will form only one mouth through where the liquids will flow mixed. The modules will be closed for pressure covers illustrated in the drawings from 78 to
89, but the mouths will also have thread, allowing the use of covers of the traditional model. Drawings:
