背景技术
在现有的各类移动通讯终端设备中, 大多提供了诸如电话本、 工作日程安 排等比较重要的用户敏感信息的存储空间, 并且大多数使用者均使用了这个存 储空间。 随着移动终端中的存储空间越来越大, 内部存储的信息越来越多, 一 旦用户的移动终端丢失, 而这些个人信息无法挽救和备份, 则会对用户造成非 常大的信息损失。 现有技术中还未发现用于解决对丟失移动终端中的个人信息 进行备份的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种在移动通信系统中对丢失移动终 端中的个人信息备份的方法, 使得用户可以方便地恢复个人信息。
本发明所述对丟失移动终端中的个人信息备份的方法, 包括:
步驟一、 用户向运营商请求将自己的移动终端中的个人信息备份到指定的 授权接收实体;
步驟二、 核心网络^^据移动终端标识检测到所述用户移动终端, 并向所述 用户移动终端发送个人信息传输指令;
步骤三、 所述用户移动终端收到上述个人信息传输指令后, 向核心网络发 送证实指令, 并进行个人信息的整理;
步骤四、 所述用户移动终端将整理后的个人信息秘密地传输给所述授权接 收实体; +
步骤五、 所述授权接收实体保存收到的个人信息。
在上述方法中,所述授权接收实体是移动终端或 PC机,与核心网络通过标 准接口协议交互消息。
所述授权接收实体也可以是核心网络中的指定转发单元; 如杲是指定转发 单元, 则步骤五进一步包括: 指定转发单元暂时保存个人信息, 将个人信息转 换为最终接收的移动终端或 PC机支持的格式,然后通过网络方式发给移动终端 或 PC机。
所述个人信息传输指令, 是承载在用户移动终端与核心网络约定的特殊地 址的短消息中的。
所述步驟三中用户移动终端进行个人信息的整理, 包括: 根据传输方式指 示将信息整理成短消息形式、 数据文件形式、 多媒体消息形式、 电子邮件消息 形式或移动数据同步协议 SyncML方式。
本发明所述方法在现有协议的基础上, 通过对短消息的更改建立特殊的个 人信息传输指令, 对移动终端中的个人信息, 进行非常方便的挽救和备份, 可 以适用于现有的各类移动通讯系统, 不需要对现有网络系统进行较大的变更, 操作方便; 采用本发明对丢失移动终端中的个人信息进行备份, 不仅给用户带 来了极大的方便, 而且在一定程度上也保护了用户的个人隐私权; 此外, 通过 对丢失的移动终端启动密码保护程序, 给丢失移动终端的再使用设置了障碍, 从而在一定程度上也能促使移动终端的丟失率下降。

如图 1所示, 本发明方法涉及到移动终端、 核心网络和授权接收实体, 移 动终端与核心网络之间通过空中接口 (也称无线接口)进行消息交互, 空中接 口是相关协议规定的标准接口。 授权接收实体可以是移动终端、 计算机, 也可 以是核心网络中的指定转发单元; 如果授权接收实体是移动终端、 计算机, 则 与核心网络之间通过标准接口连接; 如果授权接收实体是指定转发单元, 则与 核心网络之间的接口是内部接口, 与最终接收的移动终端、 计算机之间通过标 准接口连接; 个人信息在指定转发单元中进行格式转换后, 根据标准协议转发 给移动终端、 计算机。
图 2给出了本发明方法的流程。 当用户丟失了移动终端后, 可向运营商请 求将自己的移动终端中的个人信息备份到指定的授权接收实体。 授权接收实体 可以是一个移动终端、一台 PC机或者移动核心网络中的一个转发单元,需要向 核心网络提供相关的信息, 如国际移动用户识别码 IMSI、 电子序号 /国际移动 设备识别码 ESN/IMEI等。
当丢失的移动终端处于开机状态时, 核心网络通过移动终端的唯一标识检 测到用户移动终端 , 识别出该移动终端的当前用户是否更换了用户识别模块, 如 SIM/UIM/US頂卡等。然后核心网络向用户移动终端发送内部定义的特殊的个 人信息传输指令, 这种特殊的个人信息传输指令是采用特定的短消息承载的。
当用户移动终端收到短消息后 , 判断是普通短消息还是特珠的用于个人信 息传输的短消息,如果是普通短消息,则按照普通短消息的处理流程进行处理; 如果是特殊的用于个人信息传输的短消息, 则用户移动终端不向用户显示该短 消息, 并向核心网络发送证实指令, 同时根据个人信息传输指令的要求将个人 信息按照不同的传输形式进行整理, 如将信息整理成短消息形式、 数据文件形 式、 多媒体消息形式、 电子邮件消息形式或 SyncML方式等。
然后, 用户移动终端将整理好的个人信息秘密地传输给授权接收实体。 如 果授权接收实体是移动终端或 PC机, 则在接收到个人信息后, 移动终端或 PC 机自动进行保存; 如果授权接收实体是核心网络的指定转发单元, 则转发单元 在接收到个人信息后暂时保存,并将其转换为最终接收的移动终端或 PC机支持 的格式, 然后按照要求通过网络方式发给授权终端或者 PC机。
下面对上述流程进行详细地说明。 本发明所述方法的关键在于核心网络向 丢失的移动终端发送特殊的个人信息传输指令, 该指令采用特殊的短消息进行 表征。 表 1是短消息中携带参数部分的列表。

由表 1可知, 在传送短消息时, 必定有地址标示字段, 因此本发明采用特殊的 地址标示来区分是普通短消息还是个人信息传输指令, 即如果短消息携带的内 容是个人信息传输指令时, 则采用移动终端与核心网络约定的特殊地址标示, 这样当移动终端接收到来自特殊地址的短消息时, 就按照个人信息传输指令进 行处理, 否则, 就按照普通短消息进行处理。
当丟失的移动终端在移动网络内开机后 , 核心网络可以通过终端的唯一标 识检测到丢失的终端, 核心网絡向该移动终端发出来自特殊地址的携带有个人 信息传输指令的短消息, 个人信息传输指令的内容包含丢失终端指示、 传输方 式指示、 传输内容指示(是否包含用户识别模块中的个人信息)等。
移动终端收到短消息后, 通过检测地址参数即短消息的起始地址, 判断该 短消息是否为携带个人信息处理指令的特殊短消息。 如果是, 则根据传输方式 指示对个人信息进行整理, 如果传输内容指示中包含用户识别模块中的个人信 息, 则将用户识别模块中的个人信息同时进行整理。 如果传输方式为以短消息 形式发送, 则将个人信息组织成多条短消息; 如果传输方式为以数据文件形式 通过数据业务发送, 则将个人信息组织成数据文件; 如果传输方式为以多媒体 消息形式发送, 则将个人信息组织成多媒体消息; 如果传输方式为以电子邮件 方式发送,则将个人信息组织成电子邮件;如果传输方式为以 SyncML方式发送, 则将个人信息组织成 SyncML方式。传输方式可以根据移动终端和核心网络的支 持能力进行协商或者指定。 然后将组织好的个人信息秘密发送给指定的授权接 收实体。
无论个人信息的传输方式采用上述哪一种方式, 移动终端在发送个人信息 时, 对当前用户不作任何提示, 以防止当移动终端指示表示是丢失终端时, 被 当前用户恶意中止。 而且, 当在传输个人信息的过程中当前用户进行关机操作 时, 移动终端可以只关闭外置电路, 如显示器 LCD、 扬声器 Speaker、 麦克风 MIC、键盘和各种服务指示灯等,造成一种假关机现象, 等到个人信息传输完毕 后再完全关机。
另外, 如果移动终端指示表示是丟失的移动终端, 则移动终端在传输个人 信息完毕后, 启动自毁程序, 删除丢失移动终端的个人信息。 进一步地, 启用 开机密码保护功能, 设定随机密码, 防止丟失的移动终端再被使用。

1、 一种对丟失移动终端中的个人信息备份的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 步驟一、 用户向运营商请求将自己的移动终端中的个人信息备份到指定的 授权接收实体;
步骤二、 核心网络才艮据移动终端标识检测到所述用户移动终端, 并向所述 用户移动终端发送个人信息传输指令;
步驟三、 所述用户移动终端收到上述个人信息传输指令后, 向核心网络发 送证实指令, 并进行个人信息的整理;
步驟四、 所述用户移动终端将整理后的个人信息秘密地传输给所述授权接 收实体;
步骤五、 所述授权接收实体保存收到的个人信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的对丢失移动终端中的个人信息备份的方法, 其 特征在于,所述授权接收实体是移动终端或 PC机,与核心网络通过标准接口协 议交互消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的对丟失移动终端中的个人信息备份的方法, 其 特征在于, 所述授权接收实体是核心网絡中的指定转发单元; 所述步骤五进一 步包括: 指定转发单元暂时保存个人信息, 将个人信息转换为最终接收的移动 终端或 PC机支持的格式, 然后通过网络方式发给移动终端或 PC机。
