Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil rendant la circoncision plus sûre et plus facile, en particulier pour les hémophiles. On modifie l'agrafeuse chirurgicale sur l'appareil en prévoyant une enceinte concave de protection du gland contre les blessures. L'appareil peut combiner les étapes de découpe et d'agrafage pour les hémophiles ou simplement les étapes de découpe et d'écrasement pour les autres personnes. L'appareil comprend un cylindre interne (2) et un cylindre externe mobile (4), lequel coulisse au-dessus du cylindre interne durant l'opération de découpe. Le cylindre interne comporte un anneau tranchant et un anneau d'écrasement ou des agrafes.
