Abstract

This invention relates to an apparatus to make the circumcision process safe and easier especially for hemophilic patients. The idea is to modify a surgical stapler to a circumcision apparatus by making a concave house for the glans for its protection against injuries. The apparatus can combine cutting and stapling steps for haemophilic patients or just cutting and crushing steps for normal individuals. The apparatus consists of an inner cylinder (2) and a movable outer cylinder (4), which outer cylinder slides over the inner cylinder during the cutting process; the inner cylinder carries a cutter ring and either a crushing ring or staples.

1-drowbacks of the already present art:

A-unsafe surgery and my lead to many complications as: bleeding, injury of the glans and under or over-circumcision. B-unsafe in hemophilic patients.

2-the new art: circumcision machine has the following design: it is a combination of cone (Bell,s) method and mechanism of the stapler device as following

a- The frontal part: is cone shaped (cylindrical) for housing of the glans after reduction of the prepuce so the glans is protected.

From this cylinder come out two circumferential plates the more distal either crashing non cutting plate or replaced by stables.

b-The body of the machine :long tubular structure contain the dynamics for movement of the plates in the frontal cylinder also there is anther cylinder moving on it to lay against the frontal cylinder to cut against it.

c-The handle : contain the firing system for movement the frontal plates.
